The rooms were impecable, and every single staff person was extremely nice even the cleaning ladies said good morning. When the pancake batter ran out they quickly filled it up even though breakfast was almost over. Very good experience. They have games in the lobby, we played scrabble. If going to conference center you need to uber or lyft for around $7-9 per trip but there is never a shortage of cars.

Great property in a safe area. Lots of shopping, and food options around. I felt safe walking to get a bite to eat. Close to the harbor walking areas too!

We loved our stay! We stayed on the 6th floor which had a great view of the city. The hotel room felt clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was pretty quiet. There’s a parking garage across the street that is convenient and cheaper on the weekends.

Very nice hotel, really clean and exactly as advertised in photos. Breakfast was pretty similar to most chains that include breakfast - the pancake maker and bar was a delight (sprinkles, chocolate syrup, whipped cream, etc). The attendant kept it stocked right up to the end, and was kind and informative about more coming, etc. There is a seating area with board games, which was a nice touch. Secure parking in the little Italy garage was $18, or $25 if you want in/out privileges and is right across the street and there is a crosswalk. Its a short walk to the aquarium (0.6 miles). Tons of restaurants are nearby, Whole Foods, etc. Staff were extremely friendly. The room had a wall of knobs for hanging coats, bags, etc plus hangers. I especially loved the soaps and shampoo in the shower. I would definitely stay here again!

Property is great, but the staff when I checked in was awful. The credit card terminal wasn't working, and i asked her to try the other and was told no. Eventually we tried the other terminal and it worked. Wasted a lot of my time.

Definitely could have been cleaner. Room was not clean, common areas needed a good cleaning and vacuum. room did not get cleaned during stay so my trash was overflowing due to the small trash cans in the room. Trash cans in common areas were overflowing. Staff were amazing and friendly and close proximity to inner harbor.
