First off, let me start by saying we were able to check in early. Grateful for that. We stayed in room 119. Literally 10 steps from the fromt desk. Unfortunately, no one seemed to care about noise and plenty of racket was being made late in the early morning hours. In both the lobby and the room opposite our bed wall. Just noise. Tub drain was clogged which it appeared at least someone knew of because the plug itself was sitting on the shelf of the tub upon arrival. Amd there was a odor in the room. I think it may have been coming from the carpet. Couldnt quite place it, but very stale smell. Overall, fairly cheap place rated as an 8 online, but I wouldnt stay here again.

The recliner in my room was broken, it was hair on the towels, the soap dispenser in the shower was visibly dirty. Went to my friend’s room and the sofa bed was sunk in.

How do your cleaning staff not enter the rooms daily to at least check what the room might need. Like what if they have a dinner that they tossed. Then they have to stay with the aroma for the weeks. The bathrooms are dirty when told that a tub is not draining they say they’ll get it and then. It’s never done. It’s sad, all that money to then not get proper treatment and service is not worth the stay. The rooms are a bonus but service needs to be better!!!

After reading reviews on this hotel, I wasn’t sure how my experience would be. My expectations were greatly exceeded. First, I called from the airport to find out what time to expect the airport shuttle and was told the shuttle driver was at another property and they’d call me an uber at no cost to me. The Uber arrived within minutes and my check in at the hotel was easy. The man at the desk was very personable and helpful. The hotel looks and smells super clean. My room was spotless and had everything you could possibly want for a shirt or long stay. The full kitchen is a nice thing to have if you’re tired of eating out. They got me an uber to the airport at their expense upon checkout as well. I was really, really very happy with this stay and it’ll be first on my list for accommodations next time I’m in Baltimore.

Property was dated and unclean… I had to fight stink bugs all night as well so I didn’t get much rest. Usually Sonesta is a great place to stay… this one can use some work.

Took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone about a shuttle pick up, the shuttle never came. No one working could opporate the check in system. Someone else was given a key to my room while i was in the shower. A wake up call for the wrong room came in at 3:30am. They didnt charge me because it was so terrible but i will never go back.

Most things were clean- especially the tub and the kitchen. But the floors needed a good scrubbing and the sofa was pretty disgusting. So was the mattress in the sofa. Would definitely stay again but not for long term.

Friendly staff, clean room, a little on the worn side. Maybe a little fresh paint in the budget when possible to spruce things up some. Booked reservation based on claim of transportation to airport but did not realize till I checked in that transportation only runs during certain hours so I ended up needing to make alternative transportation plans to get to the airport for a very early flight. Maybe putting on their site that transport is only available would be helpful for future customers.

Very unprofessional service visited there for short stop we had the flight to catch and my wife is pregnant we paid the hotel actual price and we arrived in hotel to collect the keys of the room they started asking for deposit which unacceptable we were short of money never going there my pregnant wife and me was very disappointed

The room was spacious and it had a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The linens were clean. The bath tub did not drain well and at the end of the shower we were standing in ankle deep water.
