Bien mais vue rond-point musique et chicha
L’hôtel était vraiment sympa dans l’ensemble mais sa localisation lui porte réellement préjudice. L’hôtel se trouve face à la route principale de la ville face à un rond-point. Les chambres donnent donc vue sur un rond-point ou bien un cimetière ou bien une cour de récréation d’une école. Dans notre cas nous avions réservé une chambre vue partielle mer et nous étions face au rond-point, il était donc impossible de profiter de la vue partielle. Le roof top avec piscine est vraiment agréable mais l’hôtel cible plutôt les « clubers », il y a donc de la musique à un volume excessif et des chichas.

Excellent hôtel, excellente vue sur la mer.
Personnel : au top ! Souriant, disponible et à l’écoute. Hotel bien situé à une dizaine de minutes à pieds d’Ayia Napa, très pratique, très propre et calme. Nous avons séjourné dans la suite avec piscine privée, pas vraiment de vis-à-vis donc très bien. Convient pour 2 adultes. La piscine de l’hôtel est incroyable, avec une vue magnifique, de la musique toute la journée et un personnel au top. Prix correct. Nous avons profité du petit-déjeuner, servis à table, très bon, copieux et bien présenté. Tout le reste, de l’accueil jusqu’au départ : excellent.

quel deception ( a la limite de l escroquerie )
nous avons payé un supplément vue mer... quel blague... l'hôtel est perpendiculaire a la mer ,donc si vous pensez la voir, il faut se pencher du balcon .la mer est à 2 km mini, sinon pour info c 'est vue parking et terrain vague ( encore le mieux ) car l autre proposition c est vue rond point avec circulation dense . la salle de bain très petite ( 1 personne maxi ) prendre une douche avec la porte fermé c est inondation de la salle de bain car porte non étanche , séjour de 15 jours être obligé de quémandé du shampoing et du gel douche ( hôtel 4 étoiles !! ne mérite tout au plus que 2 étoiles ( a 170 euro la nuit ) on est en droit a attendre un service digne de ce nom.de plus nous sommes revenu un après midi la porte avait été laissé ouverte par le personnel de nettoyage et de la monnaie laissé sur la table de nuit avait disparu. après réclamation le directeur de l hôtel devait visionné les images des cameras et nous donné une explication ( encore une promesse non tenu rien n a été fait ). la piscine ( amazing soit disant... 3 x 10 ) sur le toit avec 3 bord en verre n espérer pas plonger ni nager ( bon pour faire trempette si la musique boom , boom , boom toute la journée ne vous rebute pas ( hôtel interdit aux mois de 20 ans mais qui devrait l être également au + de 28 ans . enfin lors du chekout on me réclame 55 euro de note concernant des consommations prise au bar de la piscine ... aucune signature sur les tickets juste le numéro de chambre ( aucune verif )

Stylisches Hotel mit traumhaften Rooftop Pool
Das Napa Suites liegt perfekt außerhalb der Party-Zone von Ayia Napa. Zusätzlich ist man mit dem Mietwagen direkt am Ortsausgang und an der Umgehungsstraße zu den östlichen Stränden. Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und bieten schöne LED-Lichteffekte. Das Frühstück bietet große Auswahl und ist absolut frisch. Der Ausblick kommt noch dazu. Apropos Ausblick - der Rooftop Pool ist einfach großartig. Und im Oktober findet sich zu jeder Tageszeit eine freie Liege.

Fantastisk ophold
Virkelig skønt ophold på Napa Suites fra start til slut. Lækre værelser, yderst sød og hjælpsom service. Maden i restauranten var lækker, og byen dejlig tæt på. Poolområdet på tager var skønt, med den smukkeste udsigt over byen. Vi vender helt sikker tilbage igen. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra 👌❤️

een klein maar supermodern hotel en erg fraai ingericht. nadeel is dat de afstand naar het centrum slechts 700 meter bedraagt, maar terug naar het hotel bergopwaarts is en dat is best een zware opgave voor oudere mensen. in de directe omgeving van het hotel is bijna geen vertier en er is geen goed openbaar vervoer in de nabijheid van het hotel. het uitzicht vanuit de kamer en vanuit het zwembad op het dak is geweldig.

Loud music & party outside’s ruined a great hote
Are you in very loud music, then the hotel for you. We reserved the hotel because of the infinity pool on the roof. But the DJ and the fact that the hotel rents out the sun beds out to outside party people makes a great hotel not cool. The staff was nice and so was the rooms. But we are not coming back.

What an amazing hotel. The rooms are cute, modern and the rooftop view, pool and food and drinks were amazing. The staff was always polite and always helpful. The prices were great as well. The Asian buffet was delicious where we went twice on our stay. The rooms are very smart but sometimes too smart and detailed instructions should be provided.

Super freundliches Personal. Hilfsbereit bei jeglicher Art von Fragen. Die Lage des Hotels ist, je nach Vorhaben, nicht die idealste. (15-20 min zu Fuss zum stein-/felsigen Strand). Ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in dem Hotel.

Really nice stay at Hotel Napa Suites just before the Christmas. The hotel had really put effort on making the place look nice and there were all kinds of amazing decorations in festive spirit. The location is conveniently within walking distance from the Aiya Napa attractions, but not in the middle of all the bars, so it is pleasantly quieter. The staff was very helpful and nice. The restaurants were open, even if the hotel was fairly quiet during this off-season. Especially restaurant staff was just amazing, always helpful! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Parking was next to property and very easy to use.

Best hotel where I have ever been. Suited perfectly for two young ladies (26yo) since the pool area is very trendy and have some chill house music. The food and beverage services are super nice at the rooftop pool as well. Staff is very friendly and professional and will help you with everything. Big rooms with amazing bed and they were clean too.

Good but noisy
Nice little hotel with excellent rooftop swimming pool and bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there is quite a lot of noise during the night and morning on the rooms facing the road, which left us feeling tired due to the bad quality of sleep we got. Staff is aware of this issue but didn’t give us a room facing the other side.

Best Chic Hotel in Ayia Napa for Young Cool People
The best of our stay in Cyprus, the staff is great nice and super friendly ftom the front desk to the people in the restaurants. When we arrived we receive a champagne glass in the room, the place was neat clean, fun at the pool area. The staff and attention in the breakfast was amazing, quality of food and service of a 5 star hotel. The only thing is that the app the use for managing the air conditioner dident work and the telephone too so we have to come downstairs and the problems was resolved. Another good thing the allow us to stay until 4 PM beacuse our flight was leaving late. And this make us a diffrence
