It was a great deal for the money! I am very disappointed as I checked one day earlier and tried so many times to reach EXPEDIA to get refund for the night ( approved by the hotel)I didn't spend there and couldn't do it through their virtual agent. Will not book through EXPEDIA anymore as I cannot reach their customer service.

This is probably the most unique hotel in the area! The ambiance, the modern touch, and the high energy staff made our stay memorable! We will definitely be back the next time we want to stay in downtown austin!

Customer service was amazing front desk also at the bar. The bed had hair and there was trash inside the small trash can bin. The pool had a rim all around the inside black meaning it needs some cleaning. I would go back I loved the hotel how it looks the vibe and the customer service but I do believe it needs a little more cleaning.

very artsy and super pretty. Compact rooms (gives Tokyo vibes). Staff was nice. No parking which is inconvenient but the garage next to it charges. Pool is small but pretty

This is a very very small (around 250 sq ft room) in downtown Austin. The room are too small and absolutely overpriced.

I loved everything about this place, the art the rooms were cute. The lighting options on the iPad were fun. The only thing that would have made perfect was better lighting around the full body mirror for better picture taking, other then that 5 stars and would def recommend. And the checking in process was new and very user friendly

The room was TINY but it was just fine for my one night of being in Austin for a night of friends, food and music. I wouldn't recommend it for a work trip. It's too tiny to work from.

Pretty cool place and quiet. I enjoyed how artistic the whole property was and everything in the room is “smart” and can be controlled by a iPad in the room. They have blackout blinds and a walk in shower which was great for me. One of the easiest checkouts I’ve had. Great price, but I would recommend this mostly for a couple or single person, the rooms are meant to house only two people at a time. The only downside is there is no parking designated for this hotel. You will need to find public parking nearby (I was able to find parking very close to the hotel and paid 40$ for one night) I’ll be coming back anytime I stay in Austin.

Very modern and extremely gen z. The positioning of the bed is a bit of a thing. It’d be great to have parking suggestions on the website. BTW, park at the Indeed Parking garage and NOT Congress Parking Garage which is $93 a day I think. It’d be great to have partner parking garages with discounted rates. But Indeed Parking was $20 for one night which is great.

Amazing hotel , the blackout curtains made me get my rest, they truly block out any light. Small unique and comfy hotel. We left the hotel just talking about how amazing that stay was. We love that 6th street was one minute walk. We will come and stay when we drop off our daughter again at college in August.
