Excellent Hotel… Très propre malgré que le bâtiment date un peu. Personnel agréable. Et surtout Parking gratuit, c’est un MUST en Nouvelle Zélande.

Sejour tres agréable
La chambre etait confortable, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine. Et on avait une vue sur le skycity. Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, le centre ville est environ a 45 mn a pied.

Très bel endroit avec toutes les facilités nécessaires. Nous avons eu un accueil remarquable lorsque nous avons dû laisser nos affaires à la consigne pour aller rendre l'auto de location. L'hôtel est bien situé et tout le matériel en excellent état. Le petit restaurant aussi offre une alternative repas à prix raisonnable.

Like many in the hospitality industry, the pandemic had a great effect on our ability to operate with collectively over 8 months worth of lockdowns. Even with that we are still investing back into the hotel and its facilities, continuing with bathroom renovations. We appreciate the support of our guests which does allow us to plan for the future again.

Comme chaque fois que je viens dans cet hôtel il n'y a pas grand chose à dire, le personnel est efficace et discret, l'appartement est propre et bien équipé, il y a un parking, l'emplacement est idéal, la vue depuis l'appartement génial.

Loved the city view from our unit. Kitchenette did not have much to cook with. Dan in bathroom only worked with the heater on. Overall it was comfortable and a good location. Staff was very friendly.

We’ve now stayed at this property half a dozen times and will continue to do so. The beds in the king standard rooms are the best we’ve found, the bathrooms are clean spacious and have great water pressure. The parking and close proximity to newmarket and CBD is great. I do not however recommend the king room with kitchenette. The beds are springy and unsupportive, bright in the rooms at night even with curtains closed and the bathrooms are inconvenient in comparison.

We appreciate your feedback, I can see you had previously stayed in one of our accessible rooms which do have different facilities which are bettered catered to less mobile guests. These facilities have not yet been renovated but will be looked at in the future. We have been replacing all curtains in guest rooms and beds get replaced on our normal replacement cycle however we do follow up when comments are made to see if these are still fit for purpose and can raise with our bed supplier if they are not to standard.

We love staying here it is so close to the city yet far enough away from all the chaos. Sadly we ate at the restaurant and it was well below average. We will not dine there again. The steak and veggies were awful . I ordered the chicken burger and it came with a few chips and was oily and so bland I would have to say one of the worst burgers I have ever been presented.

I had a room with balcony. Airy room so I don't have to live with air conditioning the whole day. Toiletries are good quality and bed is v ery comfortable. I enjoy go for evening walks knowing that it is safe to do so

The room was nice warm and comfortable however we were let down when we went for breakfast and there were ants crawling all over the plates. We decided to eat there eve though we had already paid for this cost with our room.

We had a spacious suite with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds with kitchen and washer and dryer. Nice room. A little outside of CBD but short taxi/uber ride away and much lower price.

I did not like where the room was located. We arrived very early in morning. We were told a few hours later our room would be on the 3rd floor. It was not ready yet. Went for lunch and they had given our room away. We had booked a room with a view. Our view was the parking lot as we were put on ground floor underneath a stairway.
