This was by far our worst experience with a hotel situation. Offered an early check in which was not honored and the staff made me feel like the problem was mine. We arrived early for our check in, were told the room wasn’t available due to cleaning services and didn’t have records of my early check in request. I had the proof to show which was ignored and then we finally got into our room after calling Expedia customer service to find out why it still wasn’t ready. There was another family that arrived after us and asked to get into a room sooner and when we were finally given access to our room this family was coming out all ready for their event and we were still being punished for what- accepting an early arrival and not being honored with our request. Not accommodating at all. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. This was not only embarrassing, disrespectful and unprofessional in a situation that I shouldn’t have been placed.

Unfortunately, this W hotel was not a good stay. We were in town for business and the hotel manager Walter was less than accommodating. It seems like he doesn’t put his guests first. The only great experience was the young lady who checked us in, Erica. She set a great expectation for our stay but unfortunately it went down hill. From the cleanliness of the room to the bartender at the bar. I believe her name was KEDA. She was absolutely rude and dismissive. I would honestly had fired her after she interacted with my group and other people at the bar. This hotel has the potential to be a decent hotel but they surely should clean house with the staff and hire people who are actually dedicated and passionate about quality and hospitality.

I need help at 4 AM in the morning. No one answered the phone at the desk. I even called 800 number they tried to get someone at the desk to no avail. I ordered food and then restaurant the evening restaurant and it was cold. The breakfast was good that charge me $12 for fried shrimps because I don't eat beef, pork, etc.

The security guards were very helpful and kind. Some of the desk staff not so much. We had asked the rooms manager to extend our say for 1 additional stay do to a family emergency, and she said no problem, however when we went to the desk they said we couldn’t. Finally, they were able to find a room. This should have been an easier process. Our family member had a stroke in the hotel. More compassion would have been expected.

Bathrooms and shower didn’t see overly clean and the bathrooms paint needed touched up.
Pillows were awful for the bed but the bed was comfortable. Room had a nice look to it. The room service food was not good but the service was great.
I don’t think I will stay again but it’s wasn’t bad but could have been much better.

Staff was unable or unwilling to help and many of the staff could not speak English well so communicating was difficult. They allowed charges to my account for things I did not use or get or authorize. They fraudulently billed me for services I did not receive or authorize.
