Hale Aliomanu is set up perfectly for families as the open floor plan allows for plenty of gathering areas and with a home this large there is always plenty of privacy as well. The large putting green front lawn is perfect for multi-generational games of croquet or just private lounging. Just walk across your front lawn and you are at the edge of the warm waters of the Pacific Ocean and the very secluded beach known as North Aliomanu Bay. This bay is safe for all ages because it is protected by an outside reef, which is rare in Hawaii. This outside reef breaks up all of the large open ocean currents and waves leaving the inside bay of the beach safe, virtually any day of the year. The are no dangerous waves or rip currents so it is great for young and old alike. Aliomanu Bay is great for shell collecting, snorkeling, kayaking or just beach combing the shoreline.

Over the years I have had the pleasure of welcoming back many of my guests. It is wonderful to see the children growing and I have heard some wonderful stories of the multi-generational games of croquet on the large oceanfront lawn. The open floor plan of Hale Aliomanu leaves plenty of space for everyone to find a common gathering area or find a private area. The quieter pace of the East side of the island, watching sunrises and moonrises from the lawn or from most rooms in the house will be a lasting memory, that is for sure. Couple the glistening Pacific ocean with the swaying palm trees and the many amenities at Hale Aliomanu and I think most would say this is paradise found.

Maintaining an oceanfront home has its challenges for sure, but I have a great team and we pride ourselves in being able to maintain a standard of excellence that is often described as impeccably maintained. Hale Aliomanu Estate is centrally located on the Eastern shore of Kauai, positioned on a beautiful safe beach to enjoy, with too many amenities to list that many of our guests return year after year.

It has been a rough ride for many of us and we certainly would never want to add any additional stress to anyone, hence our refund policy, which was adjusted to accommodate the unpredictable nature of Covid-19. My policy has always been and will continue to be, a guest centered approach. My home is in such a beautiful oceanfront location, quiet and private, yet close to all the wonderful activities that the island of Kauai has to offer that beyond keeping the house in tip-top shape, the only way I can make the experience better is to treat my guests as family.
