Excellente expérience. Juste dommage que l’on ait retrouvé la porte de notre chambre grande ouverte en fin de journée, après le passage de la femme de ménage. Mais Hotel très propre, personnel très agréable et disponible. À recommander!

Ne vous fiez pas à l extérieur et au photo du site
Si le personnel a été très sympathique nous avons été déçu par la qualité de la chambre pour ce prix. Un hôtel qui parait top de l extérieur mais ça s arrête là. Une chambre très loin des photos présentées sur le site internet, mal insonorisée, bruyante car on entend toutes les portes claquées. Des qu’un client va à la douche ou au toilette vous pouvez être sûr que vous entendrez tout. Bref à ses prix là passez votre chemin vous trouverez bien mieux pour beaucoup moins cher. De tout notre séjour c’est l hôtel que nous ne recommanderons pas. Tous les autres pour des prix identiques ( entre 150-180 euros par nuit) offrent des prestations bien plus élevées avec des chambres dignes de ce prix.

Very nice hotel. The corridors that lead to the rooms were very hot and uncomfortable at times. The luggage cart had flat tires and difficult to maneuver in the hot corridors. Our rooms were near the end of the corridors. Staff was very nice and friendly.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. It is close to the tram line and a wonderful beach. The hotel has a wonderful pool but it would benefit from being heated, especially in the colder months. We went full board on this occasion but the lunch offering took a long time for service. Apart from that, the breakfast and dinner buffets were good. If booking, opt for a room with a terrace as this has a pool side view. I didn't know this and we were located in the older section of the hotel.

We have just got back from 3 nights at this hotel It was very clean and tidy and staff are very helpful and friendly The pools are not heated on roof or on lower level they were freezing so not sure why its says the roof one is .. roof bar is also not open at moment obviously out of season , which was a shame Food... we only booked with breakfast was plenty to choose from.. but both mornings the hot food was all cold which was disappointing as we just didnt want to eat it You do have to walk some to the beach , and finding somewhere to eat was challenging,you are best going to alicante which cost us around €35 return Lovely hotel .. but was quiet not much going on around the area or a atmosphere I found . 2 full days was enough for us

Stayed 5 nights. Nice hotel, what you see on photo is what you get. Only negative is location. A bit off, 10 minutes walk ringte beach, tram/bus to city center. But easy solvarme.

1-No duvet cover STILL 2-Mattress cover was AGAIN dirty 3-Couverture was dirty/old 4-Sauna is very dangerous as no one checks if you are stuck in it so I did not close the door. One man came up to me asking if I had found his ear phone and then asked me if I needed company ?!!! Was he a guest or an intruder ?! I told them about the sauna but no doubt NOTHING will be done. 5-Food is ALL frozen from veggies to bread. Coffee machine - don’t use as the water taste awful. I like the fruits only mainly. Salad was once not clean and I had to tell them. 6-TAP Water in the room you can’t drink it and it probably damages my hair. 7-ROOM not facing south is only good for a few hours. Need the Sun ! 8-Did NOT sleep well as AGAIN plenty of noise from I guess the cleaning team moving chairs and beds. GOT woken up too in the MIDDLE of the night by hearing security on the floor talking.

Visita alla citta
Albergo di recente costruzione, moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort. Camera spaziosa, colazione super abbondante e anche la possibilità di cenare a buffet vale la pena per qualità e costo. Letti super comodi. Unica nota dolente è il funzionamento del wi-fi in camera: eravamo all'8 piano e praticamente era come non avere il wi-fi, mentre quando scenti al piano terra funziona benissimo. cercherei di migliorare questo aspetto ma per tutto il resto raccomando questo albergo.

Wir waren sehr unzufrieden! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Balkon im neuen Gebäudetrackt gebucht, mussten die erste Nacht aber in einem Behinderten Zimmer im alten Gebäude verbringen. Dieses stank nach „Mottenkugeln“ es roch sehr muffig im gesamten Flur. Erst nach einem Riesen Theater und einer heftigen Diskussion wurde uns am zweiten Tag ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen. Der Kurzurlaub war dahin. Es war ein Geburtstagsgeschenk meiner Frau zu meinem Geburtstag an dem Wochenende. Die Freude war dahin. Eine Unverschämtheit von dem Hotel. Wir werden es nicht wieder buchen oder weiterempfehlen.
