If you have booked one or more flights with airlines that offer e-tickets, you will have received an e-mail that includes your itinerary information and airline confirmation numbers. You will not receive a paper confirmation, receipt or tickets. When you check in for your flight, give the ticket agent your name and flight number, or provide a printed copy of your Expedia.ca itinerary along with your valid passport or government-issued photo identification. Note that a valid passport is required for travel outside Canada. Important : When purchasing airline tickets, you must indicate your full legal name as it appears on your official, government-issued photo identification -- such as your passport. Do not use nicknames, abbreviations or other names (such as the family name of your spouse) if they do not appear on your identification. For security reasons, the name on your ticket must match the name on your photo ID, or you may be refused boarding at the airport. Airlines are generally unable to modify the name on a flight ticket after the ticket has been purchased. If you have not received your tickets within 48 hours of travel, please contact us at
