I can't remember my Member ID or password. What should I do?

To receive your Member ID and password, click if you forgot your username and/or password, enter your e-mail address, and click "I need to reset my password." We will then e-mail the Member ID and password that are associated with that e-mail address.

What is a "cookie" and what should I do about cookie warnings?

As you may know, a "cookie" is a tiny packet of information passed between your browser and a Web site like uses cookies to verify your identity, and to ensure that you're properly signed in. Why does nothing happen when I sign in?

  • When you sign in to, the screen may flash and return to the Sign In page. This problem may be caused by one of the following:

  • Your Member ID or password was typed incorrectly, or you've forgotten the ID or password you created for If you've forgotten either or both, click if you forgot your username and/or password to get the information you need.

  • Your Web browser does not support the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (used to create secure connections for purchasing transactions on the Web).

  • Your account is not set up correctly. If you suspect your account has not been set up correctly, please complete an inquiry using the Support and feedback form.

  • You may have accessed by means of a bookmark, favourite or shortcut. The shortcut may be using the wrong address, bypassing the home page. To avoid this problem, review the properties of the old bookmark, favourite, or shortcut.
