“Amazing Hotel”
This hotel is like a 4 star hotel with all the makings of a 5 star hotel. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. The beds are some of the most comfortable in Europe.
“Very nice hotel in convenient location”
This hotel was very nice, the room was comfortable and spacious. The only negative comments I have are that the bed was too soft (but then I like hard beds) and there was no kettle in the room or coffee vending machine in the corridor. I ordered coffee in the morning and it was brought up almost instantly. Overall a very nice hotel with good service and friendly, helpful staff. I would certainly stay there again and I can thoroughly recommend it.

hotel staffs are excellent, they are very helpful. breakfast is good. hotel is in a good location for us opposite the lake. next time we will stay in this hotel again for sure.

stayed for 2 days, very responsive staff, nice sized room, location is great if you want to be on the lake. Breakfast bar has beautiful views.

“Superb Choice for Weekend Stay in Zurich”
This hotel is too expensive for us during the business week, but has MUCH better rates for Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. The hotel is clean, stylish in a modern way, has relatively large rooms for Europe, and the rooms facing the lake have very satisfying views. Walking along the lake edge outside on a warm day is an outstanding experience and the walk to the old town and shopping districts is only a few minutes. We were delighted. One annoyance was that internet access is available for your laptop, but costs extra to buy time from the Swiss telecom provider. Parking is a block away in a public parkade and is fairly pricey. All in all, worth a stay on a weekend.
