“Good Location”
Close to train, main shopping area. I would for sure stay again. Complemtary breakfast is top notch!!
“Good choice for a short visit to Zurich”
The hotel is extremely well located, is very clean and well maintained - ideal place for a short stay if you care for a good location and good value. The room is small but has most of what you might need. I arrived after midnight and was given a free check out prolongation until 3. the staff was vey helpful.
“Fine Hotel, great Location”
I had a single room facing an inner courtyard which was small, but quiet. The single room had a shower only and no tub. If I were to make a critisism it would be that the shower was extremely small. The rooms are small but well equiped,clean. While checking out 2 other Expedia travellers checked in. They were refused accomadation and sent to another hotel as Expedia/and/or Seidenhof had no rooms available and were over booked. I especially chose the location as it was near all the places I needed to be. I would stay here again.
“Good centrally located hotel in Zürich”
Good central position in Zürich, parking house in opposite side of the street. Reasonable to book through Expedia.com. Service at breakfast could be faster
“One of Zurich's secrets”
Seidenhof was a wonderful find. The location is brilliant if you like the Bahnhofstrasse. We will definitely stay there again and again and again! Fantastic hospitality and it was a quiet location. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, good restaurant, five minutes walk from the main station.
“Loved this hotel”
Located just a short 10-minute walk from the central train station and easy to find (once you know where you're going), this hotel was an extremely satisfying experience. It's also close to Zurich's Old Town, plenty of shopping, and many of the sights. The room was a good size (for Europe), clean, nicely furnished, and quiet. Best part of the hotel is the included breakfast, which was fantastic! You can easily fill up on the buffet of delicious hot food and cold cuts, and skip lunch altogether. I also give the hotel big props for putting a *free* Internet terminal in the lobby. Yes, you sometimes have to wait for other guests to finish using it, but it was so refreshing to see them provide a convenient service like this one without charging through the nose for it. The only complaints I have: The hallways have a definite college-dorm feel to them. But as long as the room is nice, do you really care about the hallways? Also the staff -- though very friendly -- gave me my wake-up call about 25 minutes late one morning, so bring your own alarm. But, really, by the time I was scarfing down that breakfast, I had forgotten all about the late wake-up. Yum.

“Central and Comfortable”
The hotel is very centrally located, close to the central station but far enough to avoid the seedier part of the main street.Easy access to trains and buses, and within walking distance of pretty much anything you might want to visit. It's located near the best shops and historical sites. The hotel is unpretentious but very pleasant, with a good Asian restaurant; a very ample and pleasant breakfast included in the price of the room. I would recommend it to anyone not looking for comfort and convenience but not luxury.
