“Excellent ! Will be happy to stay there again. Recommend!”

This is an excellent quiet hotel conveniently located in the center. You can go everywhere from there. The rooms are not large but comfortable, cozy and clean. I personally recommend it for both tourist and business purposes.

“Very Nice for Zurich”

Very nice hotel, ronovated rooms were very clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and nice. Next time will stay in Mercure Stoller again.

“Excellent”

I do not usually write reviews, but this is a really nice hotel, that I choose because of the reasonable price being offered. It's also in a very convenient location. Thoroughly recommended.

“Excellent hotel”

I felt this was an excellent hotel to stay in Zurich. It was super close to the train stop, which made downtown Zurich extremely assessable. The hotel service was friendly as they were willing to help with everything...restaurant recommendations, train tickets, etc. Relative to its peers, it's an excellent value.

“Awesome value for money!”

Absolutely fabulous - great value for money. I was expecting a little bit of a dump, but not only was everything spotless, there was a little bit of a premium quality to it. The only weird thing was that when I got to the hotel at 11am, I was told to come back "later" since people check out only at noon. I looked at the guy expectantly for more clarity as to when I could come back. No answer + no offer to hold on to my bag while I took a quick tour. I thought that was quite strange. Isn't this the hospitality industry??

“Wonderful hotel”

This hotel is readily accessible off the tram 3 stop. Hotel is clean and tidy and has wonderful rooms. I booked a Superior room in anticipation of having a couch in the room, but it didn't have one. Oh well, but the two balconies and spacious bathroom made up for it. Prices are fair. No breakfast included. Nice location right outside the central Zurich downtown, but still in a bustling area -- not too many tourists. Would recommend this hotel.

“Excellent Location”

If you're used to North American standards, then you'll be suprised by how small the rooms are. However the location is quite convenient: 10 minute ride from the main train station with tram #3: get out at tram stop "Albisriederplatz". Don't expect the greatest of smiles from the staff, but the service is up to par. Enjoy your trip!
