“won't be back”

The place was in a good location-but the area was loud due to the location. The sheets had holes, the sink in the room "gurgled" all night. The hotel was run down-little upkeep.

“Not impressed”

The hotel is in excellent location, but the room was very smelly which gives you feeling of uncleanliness. The bathroom walls had mould on them. We enjoyed our stay in Zurich but dreaded going back to our room at night.
