“An excellent choice”

W e were upgraded to a "junior suite" which was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Location very convenient. Our only minor complaint was the noise (people, not traffic). Lots of lively conversation from the outdoor dining areas until late at night. Don't let anyone tell you Zurich is dull or quiet. SInce it was a warm night, we chose to leave our windows open and adapt to the surroundings.

“Great location, comfortable hotel.”

From a great front desk check in to very roomy, comfortable room this was a quallity experience. The location was wonderful for shopping and dining. The only drawback was that the door on the bathroom had clear glass panels, which was disconcerting because we were three adults traveling together. Other than that, a great hotel.

“Great Location and Value”

This hotel was a terrific value. It is located within walking distance of most everything...shopping, restaurants, etc. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. This was our first trip to Switzerland and we booked everything through Expedia and based our hotel choices on prior reviews. The hotel exceeded our expectations!

“Hotel Adler”

The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-located. The only problem for me was the noise from youths on the street nearby which carried on until 2:00 am, only a problem because it was unusually hot during the time of my stay and I was trying to cool the room down by keeping the window open during the night. The next morning I asked for a fan which was immediately brought to my room. After that I was able to sleep with the windows closed and it was much more restful.
