Zion National Park Vacations
From Zion National Park, St. George is about 35 miles (56 kilometers) to the west, and Grand Canyon is 90 miles (145 kilometers) to the southeast.

So try to allow a few days to visit Southwestern Utah - Bryce Canyon's other cultural and natural attractions. Go to Springdale, and pay a visit to the Tanner Amphitheater and Grafton Ghost Town. Springdale is roughly 1 mile (2 kilometers) away from Zion National Park is a good place to spend a little time. Another choice is to make your way over to Hurricane. It's roughly 17 miles (27 kilometers) from Zion National Park and is home to the Quail Creek State Park and Sand Hollow State Park.
While you are staying in Zion National Park, don't forget to spend a few hours exploring St. George. Approximately 35 miles (56 kilometers) away, this regional transport and shopping hub is where you can find Daughters of Utah Pioneers Museum, Dixie State College of Utah and Sand Hollow Aquatic Center. If you have enough time, visit St. George Dinosaur Discovery Site at Johnson Farm, Fiesta Family Fun Center and Laser Mania Family Fun Center before heading back to Zion National Park.
