They have the BEST toilet seat in hotels I've ever stayed. TV is great. Desktop computer in the room with Internet access is great. 2-way cupboards which one can access from either the toilet and/or from the room. Breakfast is not that bad either! Can't complain much. 100% value for money!

Check-in counter was different from other hotels, I.e., I actually sat down and went thru the check-in process which I liked it very much. We enjoyed the quietness on the top floor. The roof top garden was nice and the scenery was great. We have a full view of oldest and most famous hotel, Yuan-Sheng Grand Hotel.
I really had a pleasant stay at the Imperial hotel. It's quiet, safe and in a very friendly area. There are a lot of foreign visitors from many different countries. All of the staff is very friendly and everyone can speak English (if that's one of your worries). There's convenience stores and a 24-hour market open across the street for your convenience. The room is comfortable and clean. The only thing is the shower; the shower head is a little bit low so it may be a problem if you are tall. Other then that, great hotel and will be staying there again.
Known for its beautiful riverside parks and pub scene, Zhongshan offers an ideal mix of leisure and nightlife. Families can tour the Fine Arts Museum or visit the city's amusement park and science exhibit. Zhongshan Metro Mall stretches underground 850m from Shuanglian to Taipei Main Station. Check out Little Manila near Christopher's Church or invoke the spirit of Guan Yu at Xingtian Temple.
