“Great stay for me”

Tons of rooms. Great pool area. Great "western restaurant". 20 minute walk to Wulingyan Park entrance. Awesome bathrooms in each room. Staff is EXTREMELY friendly and VERY willing to help and do a great job trying their best to speak English. This is a great hotel I would recommend. However, there is a lot of construction on one side of the building as there is a new hotel opening next door. I would recommend requesting a room on the other side of the hotel as the noise takes place for up to 15 hours everyday and is very annoying. Other than that it's a great hotel with great staff.

“Highly Disappointed”

We reserved executive rooms for 3 nights with high expectations following stays at other Pullman hotels. The rest is all disappointment. There is no difference between executive and regular rooms (friends lodged there) and both are in great need of repair. In addition there is NO executive lounge. Manager acknowledged problems and offered minor irrelevant compensation as a drink at the bar or a free game of billiard. There is better value for your money if you"ll stay at other hotels in Zhangjiajie for example Dacheng Shanshui . The name Pullman is not the same for us anymore.
