I had booked a "triple room" with two separate rooms, one with a king bed and one room wirh a couch/ full bed and a balcony, which when booked was higher in price than their standard room. When I got to the hotel I was given a very small, dated room with two beds in the same room and no balcony but a window looking into the back of another building. I made an inquiry as to why i didnt get what I booked and was told thats all there is and its the same price as its a standard. When I explained about the other room and bed I was told that the policy is either or and II explained it says one king bed "and" another bed not or. I was then told all the rooms are the same as I got. Upon checking out, the room next door was getting cleaned with the door wide open and behold ! Two rooms, one with a king bed and one room with a couch/second bed and a balcony. Amazing ! I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and tell them exactly what what happened wirh the convenient switch and lie.

We have stayed a couple of times. Amazing location on a side street off the Main Street. The rooftop gym is pretty good and has great views of the city. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit basic and slighty awkward in layout though. We didn’t use the restaurant or bar as there are such a lot of good places to choose around the hotel.

Good central location with a gym. Access to shopping, transit, and sights. Room was clean overall but noisy outside, poor mattress, and small amounts of mould in bathroom were not appealing.

We really enjoyed our stay, we stopped for one night with our two kids and had a family suite with two bedrooms - very nice! We also enjoyed the fresh squeezed orange juice at the breakfast.

Lovely place - a little hot.
Lovely place, ideally positioned for walking into the old town, whilst also being close to the restaurants and bars outside. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble - they were extremely patient whilst I practiced my very poor Spanish. Unfortunately it was a little warm both outside and inside during our stay as the Spanish government have brought in a new law requiring public places to only allow cooling to 27degC, which is way too hot to sleep comfortably during a heat wave. Certainly makes me consider whether Spain is a suitable place to travel to in the summer in the future. This is not a reflection on the hotel at all as they have no choice in this.

The suite room was clean with ample space, although not one drawer in the entire room in which to put things. The problem with this hotel is the front desk staff. Arriving mid-day, the woman attending check-in was rude and not at all helpful. Since she is the "face" of Zaragoza, i.e. the first person with whom we actually had contract, she is a poor representative not only of the hotel that employs her, but the city she lives in. My advice to the management is to get her away from direct contact with the hotel guests. Either put her in house-cleaning or fire her. If she can't work amicably with the guests, then get tid of her. Shes not helping your business.

We had two rooms, the air conditioning was not working was told that the key card had to remain in the slot for there to be power. As we have traveled to Europe before this was not news to us. We went out for the evening with the room key in and the ac on. When we returned the AC was at 28 and 27 degree Celsius. We hoped it would cool, we called the front desk and were told that it should not be at that, glad they agreed. They offered to move us to another room but said the temperature would be the same. We had to open windows in one room that had a breeze to lower the temperature. The second room the option was not available. Barely slept the evening and full of sweat. The hotel controls the ac it is not adjustable truly in the room. As the second room dropped down to 23 by 6 am after the complaint. The hotel did nothing to make amends and did not even apologize that evening or the next morning.

This was a very nice hotel with a great and friendly staff. The location is great near the Plaza de Aragon. Close to transit stops, shopping and local places of interest. My only complaint is that I reserved a room with a king bed, but was given a room with a standard double bed, not what I expected.

Decent clean central stay.
Nice clean and comfortable twin rooms. Didn’t experience breakfast or the gym. Close to lots of shopping and a short walk to the old town- a good location. Parking a short ride away and reasonably priced.

So close but no cigar
This is probably a one off review - check the air conditioning when you get in the room. Ours did not work and we left maintenance team at it after 45 min. As it turns out, the part of our floor's system had broken down. Would not have been a problem - these things happen - however, having to discover it close to midnight when back from dinner... and checking another room before settling in the third room. The night manager was very helpful but the evening team should have helped him better by sorting the issue before we came back. No offer of any form of compensation, even a token one, was offered. A bit of a shame - will check alternatives for next stay.

Great Hotel For Visiting A Great Vibrant City!
I had stayed here several years ago on a business trip, so was aware of it's ideal central city location. Underground secure car parking is about 400 metres away & cost less than 8 Euros for 24 hours. The hotel is within 200 metres of some great restaurants and less than 1km from the cathedral and its fantastic square! A bonus for us was being given a suite with a 2 metre bed, a balcony and a jacuzzi bath!

Easy walking to old town
We had the Junior Suite, we found the bed comfortable and when asked for a softer pillow this was delivered promptly. One thing we missed in room was tea/coffee making facillities - there was a mini bar fridge, 1 easy chair, writting desk with chair. Bathroom a good size with large spa bath and shower over bath. Breakfast was 12 euro per person with cerial, fruit, bacon, eggs, sausage and normal bread/danish items. We also found it was an easy walk into old town.

After a shaky start the stay improved . Our room was extremely small which was unexpected by the reviews and photos the WiFi in the room was also non existent . After speaking to the staff we moved room to a much more comfortable environment, which had room for us to walk around . Our WiFi was great as to be expected . The only drawback was the view . We overlooked a block that all had washing lines full of washing hanging . ( a bit like a launderette) we kept the curtain closed . The room was also extremely noisey , squeaky floors , bathroom noises and doors banging. The room was very clean with everything you required . Staff were also really pleasent. The best facility was to be able to have a late check out till 6 pm , at an extremely competitive price. Our stay did improve and the location of the hotel was excellent. We could walk to everything we needed. I would stay there again for a very short stay as I would know what to expect . If we could have had a room that offered the best bits of both of the rooms we stayed in it would have been an excellent hotel.
