They had an issue with hot water and the staff were very apologetic and gave us a discount on the price. They handled the tough issue very well.

Freeway noise is audible during sleep and air conditioning is pretty old and didn’t work as expected

Our room was dirty, not vacuumed in ages, very dusty. Tub grimey. Very disappointed as hampton is usually our go to. Beds were cleaner at least and fairly comfortable
