"I came to Zagreb with zero expectations. I picked Le Premier Boutique Hotel because of it being centrally located and based on the gorgeous pictures. The hotel is very beautiful and everyone on my tours commented how nice it was inside when picking me up and dropping me off. However, to me the best part of my stay was the hotel reception. Leon, Augustin, Hrvoje, and Mateo were so helpful. They told me of cool spots above and beyond what is normal site seeing like Chat Caffe and helping me with laundry. All four of them always had smiling faces and it was really welcoming. I felt like I could ask them a question and I wasn’t bothering them and they provided authentic personalized ideas based on my personality. I will be back for sure! "
