Cockroach City!
The motel staff were okay. I did get bitten by a cockroach while lying on the bed. I thought it was a bed bug, at first, and got moved to another room, next door. That had even more bugs crawling all over the place. Got moved a couple of rooms down, and there were spiders, bugs and cockroaches, including a huge one in the bathroom. The beds had hair, and one of the blankets had crusty stains on it. It was a worn out motel and could use a huge renovation. Left early and moved to another hotel.

A serious lack of good customer service
I was completely disappointed in how I was treated by the staff. I was wrongfully accused and locked out of my room. I was told I had smoked in my room and I have never in my life been a smoker. There was no basis to the accusations and discrimination I experienced. I will never again stay in a Travelodge anywhere and I will never recommend a Travelodge to anyone. The way I was treated was inexcusable and the more business I can steer away from any Travelodge - the happier I will be.

Spend a little more
I know you get what you pay for however I was expecting a little bit better than what I got. At least the room was clean, but pretty run down. Smelled a little of smoke, bathtub needed to be redone - it was peeling pretty bad that I wouldn't get in it! Bed was pretty hard, comforter stained but sheets and pillows were clean.

OK for the price
For the price, it was as expected. Not knowing how the hotel industry does overall, I feel that no funds are applied to upkeep and refreshing the property at this time. Fencing around the site caused me to question what it was for and I was told that they would be "remodeling" the property soon without actually shutting down...so why the temp fencing. I am surprised that Wyndham is partnered with this site. Hopefully the upcoming project will bring it up without a tremendous increase in price.

The room is in need of renovation . Curtains and sheers were torn and needed replacement. Maid service fail to clean our room one day and front desk response was we're sorry with no recommend for helping us themselves. The stench of stale smoke filled the room and in all honesty I cannot recommend a stay at this motel.

This is an Old Hotel not kept up there breakfast I in a little room about 8×8 small no placeto eat cereal, muffins, some kind of Danish, watered down apple juice and coffee the place is nothing likethe pictures pool was supposed to be heated it was not the ocean would be warmer.Trided many times to get there wifii wouldn't work other people we talked to had same problem. I guess you get wnat you pay for that was the only good thing .Wouldn't stay there again.

As a travel nurse, I need someplace close to the hospital I work at. I also need a place that is quiet and allows me to sleep during the days. This hotel fits the bill. I have never had any problems at all.

Avoid this hotel as you will be disappointed.
Place was filthy and run down. Needs upgrading big time. There was quite alot of traffic noise. In the very tiny breakfast area of front office the 2 plush chairs were disgustingly filthy.

Absolute Nightmare
This is one of the worst places I have ever stayed at and I spend 2-3 nights in hotels every week all over the Southwest. Don't even think about staying here. Never mind the bad conditions, but the heater stopped working in the middle of the night. I was freezing and looking forward to a warm shower in the morning. Not a drop of hot water!!!!! I had paid for 2 nights, but I packed my bags and checked out that morning. I was promised a refund for the second night, but that never happened. Fraud Alert!!!!!

Close to work.
As a travel nurse I look for someplace close to the hospital that allows me to sleep during the day as I work at night. The staff at Travelodge have really made sure that I am rested. This stay I was in room 206 and it was great. The room was very clean and the bath was great.

Not a great place to stay
Very disappointing, first room smelled of sewer, but they were having problems with the septic system, so they moved us to another room which smelled much better. Rooms were barely clean and the beds uncomfortable. Stayed here last year as well and if anything the conditions are worse. We wouldn't stay here again

Ended up in a smoking room
We reserved on Expedia. For "Remarks", it was listed as a non smoking room. This is not something that I filled in. It was there. So I expected a non smoking room. When I arrived, the attendant was very firm that I would only be entitled to a smoking room and that I would have to phone Expedia. I said that would be difficult, and asked what is the difference. I was told that if I paid another $5 I could get a non smoking room, 214. There's a principle here. I have never run into this difficulty before. I think it is a low class motel with a low class operator. The two cereal breakfast seemed to be guarded closely by the owner. He even poured the milk onto our cereal. The shower control was difficult to turn on, and most people would think that it was broken. The electrical outlets did not work, with broken prongs left in the sockets. The carpets were newer. Very basic room. Reasonable price. Operator needs to be more professional. If you are reserving this hotel on Hotwire, or as a mystery hotel, you will not be getting an upgraded nice hotel.

Unwelcoming! Front office attendant was rude. I accidently booked a smoking room and when I asked if we could switch to non smoking they said no even with 9 available. Cockaroches by non-working ice machine, dingy thin towels, cracks and permanent stains in shower, unplugged refrigerator, uncomfortable beds, we didn't even get maid service after our first night. It was a horrible experience and a hotel we will never stay at again. We were extremely disatisfied overall.

A Pleasant Stay
The room was nice and clean the bed was comfortable. The only complaint I have is that because of the 110 degree temp it took several hours to cool the room. I feel this hotel is nicer than any mot 6 I have stayed at. The tv was ancient but that is no big deal. .

A lovely surprise in Yuma
Not much to say more then the above. I was in Yuma to go across the border to Algodones for dental work. The motel I stayed at last time was clean but dingy. I'm so much happier with this motel then the one down the block last year. I was very impressed with the room, it was larger, brighter and recently refurbished. As I mentioned we got there early and the manager was really nice. We hoped to just be able to leave our bags with him but he said we could go in as soon as the room was made ready. Well it was ready as we got to the door.

A bit dated but clean.
The room was quiet and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a bit dated making it seem grungy. We appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room.
