Good place to stay
Reception was very friendly upon check in. When asked if she can recommend a few spots to eat she gave us plenty of options and on our way back from dinner she asked how our dinner was and if we liked her recommendation. Hotel was clean and smelled really good upon entering

Not sure if we needed to request a room refresh. We stayed 4 days and had to go get a couple towels and some toilet paper.

The room was clean and looked really nice! Really close to the Yuma mall. The bed felt a little lumpy but overall everything was great!

This hotel is quiet and feels safe, it's convenient to shopping centers and restaurants but the pool area is filthy, I never once saw anyone clean not only the pool but also the chairs around the pool and the tables. The maid only came to clean our room once during our 10 night stay - even after we made a complaint and requested our room gets cleaned.
