Hotel correct et propre. Piscine sur le parking agreable Par cotre le petit dejeuner est quasi inexistant contrairement a cequi est annonçé. Seulment quelques muffins emballes a empoter et des sachets de cereales a l eau.

Avec du vieux rafraichi cela reste du vieux
Chambre vieille malgré quelque m² de parquet. moquette usée. pas de bouchon au lavabo. pas de reveil. le telephone ne fonctionne pas. manque du kleenex en salle de bain. Chambre en bout de l'immeuble, il faut 10mn pour avoir de l'eau chaude. la porte interieure frotte au sol, aurait besoin d'une couche de peinture. les joints de baignoire sont mal fait, etc Les seuils ciment se fissure, explosent meme. derniere surprise: le dejeuner :un paquet avec une barre cereale et 2 muffins. tout cela pour une note de 7.2/10. faut pas tromper les clients ça vaut 4/10 pas plus.

The room itself and the motel was good. We did not receive a room cleaning for the full 4 days we were there even though we asked for one after the second night. We had to collect new towels & toilet paper from the front desk. We took out our own garbage as it was building up in our rooms. We think that this particularity location is intermittent lodging for people awaiting social housing as there appeared to be multiple longer term“guests” No bed bugs or roaches. Front staff at the hotel We’re friendly and cheerful. Location is great as it across the street from a strip mall and grocery store.

This property was definitely not the safest. Some of the doors were broken. The outside was a mess. The rooms were ok. The staff was absolutely amazing though which made the stay great. The front side of the hotel was nice but they put everyone on the backside once you check in.

We have immediately investigated this issue and have taken steps to ensure that it does not happen again.The phone in your room has been repaired, and the metal bar has been removed. We have also inspected all of the other rooms in our hotel to make sure that there are no other safety hazards.We would like to apologize again for any inconvenience or discomfort that you experienced during your stay.
