“Perfect Stopover on the way to Yosemite”

Mariposa is the perfect stop on the way up to Yosemite. We left San Jose right after work on a Friday and got into Mariposa around midnight. This Best Western had good reviews and was right next to the highway. Staff was friendly, facilities and room were clean, and everything was as advertised. I would definitely stay here again on our next Yosemite trip.

“Great for Yosemite Visitors”

Arrived at the hotel extremely late, but the desk clerk was cheerful and well prepared and we were checked-in within 5 minutes. The hotel is somewhat off by itself relative to food and shopping, but as a sleeping spot after visiting Yosemite National Park it is perfect. We didn't sample the continental breakfast, and the TV options are limited, but the pool and spa were welcome for relaxation after driving through the park(s). The next time we visit Yosemite we will definitely stay here again.

“Yosemite's best”

The staff was awsome, the room neat and clean, the continental breakfast was awsome as well, eggs waffles bagels, cerial and more, best ever. Pizza parlor in was town great this is where i am staying on my next trip to Yosemite

“Very Nice Place”

This hotel is right on the main road, has fairly spacious rooms, and has an excellent breakfast, which makes it the perfect place to stay before going to Yosemite for the day. There are also a bunch of restaurants within walking distance when you get back in evening.

“Mariposa & The Bug”

This hotel was perfect for us, considering we would be spending most of our time hiking in Yosemite. After our long days,we came back to a clean room and a warm spa to soothe our sore muscles. Loved that it's located the charming town of Mariposa, and convenient to Yosemite, Oakhurst, the Merced River. If you're going into Yosemite from Mariposa, Hwy 140 is quicker and a lot more scenic than the 41 thru Oakhurst.
