Not worth the money!

Posted 1-Jul-2015
Pros: Location was good and close to our destination and restaurants.
Cons: TV, wifi and front office staffing.
Location: This was close to Yellowstone west entrance.
We booked the hotel expecting a better more modern accommodation. The room was clean but WiFi did not work in our room and neither did the old fashioned, out dated TV. This room was poor value for my money!

Nice location.

Clean and comfy. Toilet was leaking a little. Staff didn't speak much English but she was nice. WiFi did not work and office was closed as soon as we checked in.

I was clearly mislead by Expedia on this choice

Posted 29-Jun-2015
Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Everything!
Location: Bad location andenvironment.
The outside of the hotel was dumpy, the desk person did not speak English, the room was badly furnished, the woodwork was falling apart, and to pay $150/night for this hotel was a rip-off!

The most awful hotel stay that I've ever had.

Posted 27-Jun-2015
Pros: See the above statement.
Cons: Everything! Read the above statement.
Location: Yellowstone National Park.
The staff only shows up at 3pm and no other time. Once all hotel guest arrive and signed in, the staff leaves and lock the office door. Should you need an additional bath towel, tissue, plumbing or electrical problems...You are out of luck! There is a note on the office door with phone numbers for 911, police and EMS services. A closed sign hangs in the front window, the door locked and staff gone! We have vacationed in hotels around the world which includes Africa, Germany, Italy, Spain, England, France and many other places and Islands. We have never seen anything like this Travel Lodge. Me and my were celebrating our fifty-fifth year of marriage by visiting the final five (5) of the fifty (50) states. The Travel Lodge in W, Yellowstone, MT was our second state stop and with that experience, we will never ever use Travel Lodge again.

Never Again For The Price

Posted 20-Jun-2015
Pros: It was walking distance to everything in town.
Cons: New carpets does wonders for any room and better lighting.
Location: Within a couple blocks you have restaurants, imax, wolf/bear center, shopping, gas, Yellowstone entrance.
It was decorated in Garage Sale decor. The carpet was really shabby. The bathroom sink was under this homemade shelf so brushing your teeth or washing your face was a challenge. The only 3 prong outlet was in the bathroom.

Very small room.Vanity and bathroom area too small

Posted 20-Jun-2015
Pros: Not much. Pretty good location
Cons: Just about everything.
The room was very stinky, a very stale smell. The vanity and bathroom area was way too small. No space in the sink vanity area for a woman to spread out make up items, etc. The two chairs in the room were very, very dirty.

paper thin wall

Posted 6-Jun-2015
Pros: good location.
Cons: absolutely everything.
Location: The location is so popular that this $50 cheap hotel can charge $300 in high season.
Hard to sleep with so much noise. The room requires an upgrade to the 21st century.

When you have no other choice

Posted 3-Jun-2015
Price is too high for what you get: No frig, no microwave, TV Too old non-HD to watch, WIFI signal too weak to use, No breakfast, Office is closed most of the time - the front desk person works for multiple hotels
