We stayed here one night, stopping over on the way back from Australia. Reception were very helpful, letting us have early access to our room and letting us leave late. A fridge full of cold soft drinks was welcome after walking round the hot city. So too was the superb swimming pool and sauna. The hotel is about a mile from Kowloon Station (for the Airport Express), but there is an excellent free shuttle bus (number K4) which goes round several hotels and drops you close by.

From the moment we arrived we were well looked after. It's not super luxury but it's well appointed, very well run and has a good restaurant and bar. The rooms are very good and cleaned perfectly every day. The staff and management are helpful and efficient.
The location is great for seeing Kowloon and walking down Nathan Road to the ferry point (take a taxi if you don't like walking in high humidity)

Hotel is located close to Yau Ma Tei station (about 3 mins walk) and also the complimentary airport express shuttle bus stops right here. We stayed at the new wing and were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room to Premier room which is large and bed is comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast which had well spread of cold and hot food. There is a big gym and swimming pool at the adjacent building which hotel guest can use for free. Will stay at this hotel in future.

The hotel is at a great location at a cul de sac street on Tsim Sha Tsui of Kowloon/Hong Kong, next to a large choice of restaurants and shopping. You also have parks close by and views on trees, which is rather rare in HK.
The rooms are excellent, well equipped, in very good condition, and have everything from free wifi, wired internet, tv, CD player, etc. All is kept very clean.
The hotel has a serviced apartment concept. You don't find coffee and breakfast facilities, etc. No problem, as several hotels with such services are less than 100 meter away. What some other reviewers said, it would be a shady area at night, is not correct. Indeed, it is a perfect location.

The bed & bedroom were small but we were there for the location-some noise from the children in the next room but acceptable. No breakfast or dinner facility but plenty of local places to eat in the area and McDonalds or KFC if you want the easy way out. Convenient for Airport Bus and Subway (10-15 minute walk)-get an Octopus Travel Card at the airport and save on the Bus (21A). Some questionable massage parlours in the area but no approaches were made (...should I feel insulted...?) No free maps in English, so pick these up at the airport. Street markets close.
