We were a party of 3 seniors, one being 93 yrs old. She has to use a walker so the stairs made it a bit difficult for her. The narrow bathroom was also a bit tricky for her as she couldn't take her walker into the bathroom. We managed ok though all in all. Beds were clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There’s not much choice in Yarmouth. This hotel has the basics. Bed was good, bathroom very good. But noisy. Access is an issue. Our first key didn’t work and instructions to our room were difficult to understand. A facility map would have been useful. Breakfast room was overcrowded but the staff was very nice.

Pros - great breakfast. Walking distances to restaurants and shopping. Quite.
Cons - the carpets in the halls and rooms smell like stinky feet. No elevator to the second floor.

We do always try to accommodate if anyone isn't able to do stairs easily but it is always good to let us know in advance so it allows us some time. I am glad the rest of your stay went well.

The entire staff, from the reception to the housekeeping, grounds keeping, and breakfast cook were amazing. Very friendly and engaging. Rarely, have we been made to feel so welcome. Our room was very clean and the mattress was very comfortable. We couldn't have made a better choice.

Staff were very polite and helpful in getting cell phone working for me. Also assigning a room on the first floor once I mentioned heart problems and the lack of a elevator service. The desk clerk named Rone was very attentive and should get some recognition by management.
