“Passing through”

Very Happy with our stay. The room was very clean, staff were very nice to my family members and very helpful on place to go for dinner. Hotel is in a great location. If going in this area again will be sure to book here.

“A great find in the middle of the dessert.”

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay on my way to visit my father, and the location was perfect. The hotel was well kept, had a friendly manager and was owned by a family who lived in the area. They obviously had pride of ownership as the room had new linens, was recently painted and the room was well maintained. The breakfast was great- boiled eggs, toast and fresh muffins served wtih fresh orange juice and coffee or tea. Nothing fancy, but nice. I have recommended this "motel" to my boss as a good stop for his business travels when he has to stay in the Sunnyside area during the harvest season.

“Pleasing rooms / don't book 2 nights...”

The heater in the room could be changed it was on an off all night disruptive to sleep and hot and cold. Also we decided about between 1 and 2 pm to leave an travel home so we were a little disappointed not to be able to have any refund on the prepaid 2nd night.. As that room could have been rented to someone else... So I think some considerations could have been made for that.. I would stay again at this motel..

“Will never go back”

It was an ok place. The staff were pleasant. My beef is that we ask for a roll-away bed which cost us $15 and then it was so bad that we could not use it. We had to double up on the beds in the room. They took our phone number when we complained about this but we have not heard from them.

“Control your guests!”

The hotel staff were friendly, the room was nice. What I didn't appreciate was the party going on in the parking lot right outside my door that went on until 2am. We called the front desk at 12:30am and they said they would take care of it.. but they didn't other than telling the people to turn off the music, and then turn around and go back to office with no follow through when they didn't.. The music was so loud items in my room were vibrating.

“Don't even think about it”

Was a true motel....outside doors. Kind of scary. We couldn't check in upon our arrival (too early, around noon). Both of us couples decided we needed to find another hotel at any cost and did in Prosser. Very disappointed.
