"Have been staying at Jardines Del Sol for years now, it matches our needs, clean and lovely bar and restaurant onsite. The problem here is the customer service it never fails to disappoint and this time was no exception, yet again building work going on right in front of our villa, said they were full and wasn’t, it was available to book and we was told by a member of reception staff they were not full. Asked to move on checkin and they fobbed us off for 2 days until we finally gave in and unpacked. Spent the next week listening to sawing, banging your name it - meant the terrace we paid for was useless - couldn’t even have a morning coffee out there. Just a warning any problems will fall on death ears - believe me! "

"The hotel although out of the main areas is nice, peaceful and well equipped. The staff are excellent and could not do enough for you. A couple of areas of maintenance (very minor) required within the room itself. Otherwise a perfect relaxing stay."

"Lovely hotel in a brilliant location. Food is ok, nothing bad just standard all inclusive buffet. We chose bed and breakfast and ate out. Rooms nice, all very clean and good facilities. Swimming pool (preferred) is a lovely area to chill."

"Myself and my mum stayed here and it was such an amazing experience from start to finish.. we got upgraded to a suite overlooking the sea, the room was amazing and clean.. the extra special touches made our holiday.. especially all the staff who couldn’t do enough for us.. the hotel should be proud of everyone of them!! Thank you for an incredible 3 days and we really hope we can return… "

"Loved the hotel , apart from a queue to check in everything was wonderful. Good white sandy beach 10 minutes walk away . Only 5 euros in a taxi to Playa Blanca shops, nightlife and another sandy beach . "

"We had the most amazing holiday, the hotel employees couldn't do enough to help and were incredibly friendly with out two young children. The evening entertainment was brilliant and the hotel facilities were exactly what we wanted. The only slight bit of feedback would be that more vegan options at the restaurant would be great...but that's a very specific point and generally the food was great. "
