"Very great stay"

"We booked this room at the last minute. I had made a note that we needed a pet-free room (one that had had no dogs or cats within the previous few stays) due to severe animal allergies. Because it was a last minute booking, I also called the front desk ahead of time to make sure they had received the same message. She explained to me that he wasn’t able to view more than the previous occupants stay on her system, but that occupant had no animal with them.
When we arrived, she was more than nice about our issue and had noticed that there had been a “service animal” (aka “dog”) on the second floor where we had booked our room, and that she had kindly moved us to a different floor. Very nice of her, and we were VERY appreciative!! Our room was very clean, and quiet.
As a side note, I received an email from Country Inn and Suites this morning stating that ALL their rooms are “pet free”. Confusing…they do not allow “pets”, but they do allow “service animals”? "

"This is the place to stay if you have any events going on at UD arena. Walkable to the venue. Short drive to great places to eat like Table 33, jimme 11, ghost ight coffee and old scratch pizza. That is not to say the hotel eatery is anything to ignore. Breakfast was fairly prices to other options and had an amazing cook on hand at the omelette bar. Our room was just right. Staff was very courteous to us at all times. "

"From the moment we walked in at 2am thanks to being delayed by a storm we were greeted with a smile by Miss Angela who continued to greet with a smile and kind words every day we were there. The manager Alex was wonderful in assisting us with a minor inconvenience and Alexis did well training for the bar. Our room was small but cozy, clean and the bed was SO COMFY!!! Only thing I would suggest is a bathroom fan but nothing major. The hot tub was a wonderful relaxation at the end of the evening and I loved in the indoor/outdoor pool. It was perfect to dip into and swim under tot he open side after sitting in the hot tub. We made new friends, the staff was wonderful and I would recommend 10/10 to stay here! Give Miss Angela a raise, she is the highlight of Drury!"
