We were in Room 325 and the heating system unit made a terrible racket. We reported and they send maintenance to check. We were told that that there was nothing they oculd do; the system really needs to be checked! We did not want to change rooms for just one night. Otherwise our stay was pleasant and the staff very nice.

The the hotel room was very clean. We were in a handicap room as we requested. The TV would not turn off, the toilet seat was loose and the Comfort's edge (rope) was hanging off which got tangled with my leg

The room and property was very clean. The only thing that was challenging was how thin the walls were. When I was in bed, I could hear the person next to me talking and even coughing. Other than that, it was nice.

This hotel was chosen because it was a newly built hotel with updated features in an area that had little activity and was close to the interstate for our travels.

Very disappointed in this property. Front desk person was nice, but very sloppy in dress and her children could be heard in the background. Room was difficult to enter and leave due to faulty door locks. Mattress was thin piece of foam that was uncomfortable. Towels and toilet paper thin and scratchy. HVAC system was poor - huge difference in temperature from one side of room to other, and room was small. Will not return.

Room key kept failing to work on the doors outside, causing us to have to walk around the building to the mail lobby in order to get in with our baggage, etc. It was kind of a hassle. Parking lot and area outside the building was pretty dirty.

Booked the room 5 months in advance and was given the wrong room. They said they were full so I’m stuck with it. No managers on duty all weekend so now I must do the follow up. Im making the calls no one is calling me because they gave me the wrong room. When we checked in, she didn’t even verify the room with me and just gave me room keys and sent me up. So basically I had to come back down. Tell her you gave me the wrong room. And all she tells me is I can’t do anything about it, you’ll have to call the manager on Monday or Tuesday when she gets back in the office

Convenient but dirty
Convenient location when traveling. Staff was very nice. ALL carpets should be removed. Big stains in the room and also the dining area. Pretty gross.

This Fairfield Inn was close to the highway and we didn't have to drive very far. Our sink in the bathroom was cracked and someone had caulked it to repair it. Not a good look! Breakfast buffet was good and lots or options. Cleanliness ok.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. I liked the large pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the tub enclosure, rather than the common little bottles. The cleaning staff were available later in the day, helpfully putting a needed bulb in the bedside lamp. That was good, because there was no answer when I dialed "0" for the front desk. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, cereal, juice, yogurt, and more, but surprisingly there was only herbal tea available, no black tea. Altogether, a pleasant respite between two long travel days.

The property is newer and nice - very clean and the staff was sweet and hospitable (I'm talking about you Tammy and Chastity!)! I recommend having a meal at the Loghouse Restaurant while in town - 200 year old restaurant!

Should have been excellent
The good: Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Quiet even for a Saturday. House cleaning attendants were very friendly. The bad: Wi-Fi captive portal did not work. Ice machine on 3rd floor did not work. Front desk person a bit grouchy. I believe she was frustrated with computer system, which is understandable, but she shouldn’t take that out on customers.
