“Best hotel in Bromsgrove area”
We have stayed in many of the hotels in the Bromsgrove area as my husbands family live there and this is the best one we have stayed in and will be the one we always try first in the future. This was our second stay here. We opted for a twin room as we often find that double beds in hotels sag in the middle. The room we got actually had two double beds and they were so comfortable, we both had a wonderfull nights sleep. The room was very clean and the shower was lovely. The hotel also has a gym, pool, sauna and steam room which we made use of and were impressed with. Nice to have a relaxing steam room after the drive up from Kent. Breakfast was a huge buffet and all the hot food was fresh and good quality. The only negative I can think of is that the walls are a little thin, but as the hotel staff are very helpfull i'm sure they would move you to a quieter room/tell the neighbours to be quiet if it was a problem. It wasn't for us.
“Excellent”
After spending time at a B&B in Birmingham was so happy to get to the Hilton where there are modern conveniences. There was no hot water to shower in, the electric converter for hair supplies didn't work and the shower head was a hand-held apparatus that was horrific. Plus the lighting was so dim we couldn't see anything. Any female will relate to all of this. Checking into the Hilton was an absolute pleasure...normal bath and shower, converter worked, space in the room to unpack and still have walking room..and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Will certainly recommend your hotel to anyone travelling in the area.
“Will Return - Wish Breakfast was Earlier”
Very satsfied overall. Have stayed before and will return. The one weakness is that breakfast is not served until 7:00AM. Even 1/2 hour earlier would greatly improve the flexibility in the morning for those of use that want to get a jump on the day. I find it best to eat dinner at area pubs as eveing meals are pricey and quality is moderate.

Excellent hotel, clean, modern, fresh, large rooms, great service. Would definitely stay again if I need o be in the area.
“I think I was unlucky hehe”
I booked this hotel for 3 main reasons. It's not far from the place I needed to be next day, it claimed to have a broadband internet and sauna. I expected to relax and work before the meeting next day. When I came, I found out that sauna was closed because of renovation, internet didn't work while staff really had no idea how to turn it on, and there was 2 power cuts during 1 evening! And if you have heavy luggage, make sure you stay on the ground floor, because .. they don't have lift and no one hurries to help you up the stairs .. But the room is clean and the place is quite picturesque. So, golden rule, don't trust what travel agent tells you, they never bother to update their information, before booking better call hotel and check if those claimed services are really available.
“Great facilities, need more bedding!”
I chose this hotel for the swimming pool and sauna and I was not disappointed with this aspect of the hotel. Food service and quality was very good. Only slight downfall was that blankets were not provided in the hotel room and it took 4 hours and 2 phone calls to reception before a blanket was delivered to my room.
