Good evening, I would like to ask for a refund at the last hotel, because the hotel is very dirty there was no way I could spend the night there, I would like my money back

They marked us as no show without any attempt to contact us. We arrived around midnight and apparently they stop accepting checkins after 10PM. Its not like the room was unavailable anymore, the room was available. But they charged us more than half the amount of the reservation as extra, just to get access to the room that we had already reserved. Ended up costing us almost the twice the amount of reservation. Total scam. And they also have smoking/non-smoking rooms. The clerk was helpful though, its just their money-milking policy thats effed up.

Nicer than I expected. Worried the next door bar would be too noisy. Slept well. A good cheap place to stay.

I chose this "hotel" due to its proximity to Logan Airport and its reasonable price. Once I pulled into the parking lot, I saw why it was so affordable. Loud live music in the bar downstairs (yes, right downstairs from the rooms!), very dated hotel, and having to pass by the transients smoking in the outdoor hallway made me almost leave right away. I slept with my clothes on and the heater/ac unit fan cranked as loud as it would go. This place is gross at best.

If this motel weren't near Boston, they'd be hard-pressed to charge more than $70 a night. It's a pretty run-down situation. There were stains and cigarette burns on pretty much anything you could stain or burn with a cigarette. I travel alot and not a priss when it comes to hotels, but I'm a bit of a stickler when it comes to value, I don't mind crashing in a rough motel, but I take offence to paying $150 for that low honour.

There were several very suspicious renters with several open doors through the night and traffic coming and going. In defense the front desy attendants were very nice and professional. Somethings that looked illegal going on in between a few rooms.

This place was NOT what I expected ,this place was more of a low class motel, had a bar right underneath my room , service was terrible place was very unsafe and rooms were dirty , and the 2 floors of the this place were very dirty and smelled badly ! For the price asked for it was NOT WORTH IT !!! The picture shown of a room is only for the website , the only room not used for anything but a picture !! I REGRET SPENDING MY MONEY ON THIS PLACE !!!

Do you remote control for the TV the channel button was the only thing that we I would have to get out crush the button for the power and turn it up and down. I was there for 5 days and housekeeping never came to take out the trash or change the towels. About 2:00 a.m. Thursday morning I heard a lot of banging what it could have been a washing machine that kept me awake in the morning time someone Capt slamming the door.

The room had been remodeled & was about what I expected. We were on the second floor & there was no elevator. There were people smoking on the balcony & we had to walk through the smoke. It appeared that there were people living there. I would not stay there again

Two things I didn’t like; 1) cable was not working/not connected. Tried to fix it myself and it didn’t work. It was late when I checked in so reaching out to front desk was not really an option. 2) not welcoming when you are walking to your room and you pass one person smoking with his room door open and two people smoking in the hallway.

It was good for the price. The place is dated but convenient. My room was clean can’t speak for them all. The free breakfast was a joke, basically a muffin or toast. Free parkings a plus. I’ve read other reviews that say it’s noisy, but it was fairly quiet for me. I’d stay here again.

We had a very nice stay here. Our room was clean and the employees were extremely nice and hospitable. We felt safe here. There is a sports pub next door that plays music, but it really was not bad and it stops by 11 pm. We would definitely stay here again if we take another Boston trip.

Not bad, a little noisy at night.
This place was not bad. Room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot. Bikers at the bar right outside my room and noisy upstairs neighbor all night, but I slept fine with earplugs in and had no trouble.

My room is right next to a sports bar who played music until at least 1 o'clock in the morning. The base was so loud that it vibrated my room. It was not a pleasant experience.
