“The Best Western”
Great service and excellent breakfast buffet. Comfortable beds and large rooms.

the whole experience was very good. if i have any complaint is the lady working the breakfast area spoke no english, or so little it made no difference.

“Good value”
We used to live in Dale City and had to go there for a wedding. We chose the Days Inn because we knew it was conveniently located, and it was quite a bit less expensive than others in the same area. It was clean, and very pleasant. The staff was helpful and friendly. The complementary breakfast had a nice variety of fruits, pastries, eggs, waffles, and yogurt.

this hotel was well situated with clean comfy rooms, polite and helpful staff ( great breakfast) and excellent location for anything: a million malls and restaurants all within a walk or short car ride.

Very satisfied with the hotel. The room was great. The elevators were VERY slow and shaky, which is the only maintenance issue that brought my above grading to a 4. Everything else was great!
“Friendly, good breakfast, great location”
We were looking for a stop on our way down 95 that was close to the highway and this was perfect. It is right off the exit ramp and extremely easy to find. And the ramp to get back on 95 is right past the hotel so it is easy to get back on. We checked in late and the desk staff was very friendly and helpful, even advising us of when we might want to have breakfast due to large groups at the hotel that night. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, included continental basics plus cheese omelets and make-your-own waffles. Would definitely stay here again on the way down 95.
“Pretty good deal for the area”
The Best Western Potomac Mills is well kept, and has a very helpful, friendly staff. They were very accommodating when we ended up arriving a day ahead of schedule and were able to give us a room the night ahead without having to change rooms for the rest of our stay. The rooms were very clean and had very comfortable beds, and the breakfast was very good with more than your typical continental breakfast items including fresh fruit, waffles, and cheese omlettes. However, be aware that this hotel OFTEN has school groups in the facility, even on the weekends, but the groups were well managed, and other than when they were checking in or out, you didn't know they were there. The elevators are a little scary, one was very bouncy and jerky, the other was out of service. We occassionally had trouble with the door key cards, but overall the hotel and service were excellent.
