I felt the hotel review was overall excellent.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly & polite even though we were checking in at 11:30pm at night. The room was clean and comfortable with no problems.

This Hotel is in a great location, just outside of Boston, but close enough for day trips.

Friendly check-in and other staff. Free internet in room as well as free internet and printer in lobby (excellent for printing boarding passes, as we flew out early one morning after our stay here). Staff could give recommendations for local sights and restaurants. Clean and nice rooms, albeit a bit small for two people with suitcases. Good location just off the Interstate but no traffic noise. We visited both Salem and concord and this hotel is right in the middle. Important to us was no pets in room, because of allergy and also that promise was fulfilled.

“Off the beaten path, but quiet and great staff”
I took my girlfriend to this hotel and we had a great stay. The hotel staff was extremely personable at check-in and were eager to accommodate. We didn't really have much experience with them after the initial checkin however. The hotel room was roomy and laid out nicely; the business center and lounge area was very nice and had a lot of space to just sit around for a couple minutes. There is a Fridays next door if your hungry and it's pretty close a shopping mall (Not much variety in it though). Overall great place and if your looking to save a couple dollars while staying in Boston this is great option; we managed to get a really good rate and just paid for the parking each day downtown.
