"The property was fine. Renovated and our room looked new - very clean and everything worked just fine. One quirk was no shelf in the shower to set soap/shampoo. Locally collected mandatory fee added $9.95 to the bill. Would have been good to know in advance rather than at checkout. Not a biggy and I suppose they all have an added fee. Overall it was a good value."

"Spring Break 3-day outing with the kids. Booked the multi-bed suite which was plenty of room to spread out and relax when not out exploring Wisconsin Dells attractions. Hotel staff are super inviting and took excellent care of us. The FREE Hot Breakfast was very good offering many options. Hotel is close to all the attractions while be far enough away to enjoy quite time after a long day. Can't say enough about how friendly the staff were, was like family. I would highly reccomend this hotel and plan to return here again in the future. 5* Service all the way!"
