Amazing location right on lake. Not so good coffee pot was dirty had not been clean. Biggest issue was the snow and ice on stairs was not clean. We had a unit on lower level and you had to hold on tight to guard rail going up or down stairs due to the snow and ice

The location and outdoor areas of this property are fantastic! We did have a late check in and it was difficult to find our building and unit in the dark. It also would have been nice to have a light on inside when we arrived. The staircase heading up to our second floor unit and balcony were patched together and in need of attention. Otherwise our condo was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly. Would stay here in the future.

Soon as we walked in the condo smelled like they just cleaned with bleach or something similar. That was exactly what I wanted to smell to let me know it had been cleaned before our arrival. The shower head in the bathroom on main floor fell apart when I tried to change the water pattern. I called the office and maintenance came right away to replace it so that was nice. Overall it was a great experience. We were in condo# 614. I would definitely recommend this place!

The condo we stayed in was beautiful. It was better than we imagined. We read reviews and some of them were not flattering - but I am here to tell you this place was very nice! We arrived early and the people at the front desk were very nice and explained they would text us if we could get in early. So we decided to start our vacation tour of the Dells early. Once we received the text I was nervous the front desk would be closed (reviews said no one was ever there), that could not have been more wrong. The people at the desk for check in were extremely nice and helpful. We got into our condo and it was clean, spacious and perfect accommodations for our family. The resorts pool is small - but when you have every water park near by it is ok - it was perfect for chill time with the family. We all enjoyed the hot tub. The lake behind the resort was super peaceful. Parking looked like it would be tight, but there was more than enough room. The beds were comfortable. We had more than enough towels and the in room washer and dryer was a bonus! Even though I was on vacation it was so nice to be able to wash our things at the end of the day. We are planning on making this a yearly trip!

Much like anywhere, there were things we loved and things we didn’t. The pools are AMAZING! The condo was clean, modern and beautiful! Staff was friendly and mostly accommodating! Downsides were the coffee situation. I was told there was a drip pot and Keurig in the room. There was only a drip pot with no filters. We were told they’re not allowed to give us filters, we’d have to buy our own. Very frustrating. Had we been told this beforehand, we could’ve prepared! And I asked, so there was no excuse. But the woman at the desk later apologized for the mixup. There was also less cooking supplies and dish ware in our kitchen than we’d hoped. So if you plan to cook, prepare. Bring salt, pepper and seasoning. Also bring your own coffee mug if you’re a coffee drinker! We also didn’t care for the showers. They’re incredibly small and we are plus size people. We actually couldn’t even use the downstairs shower due to the size. So, IF you happen to be plus sized, either prepare to bathe or use the shower upstairs or by the pool! Now, the jacuzzi tub in room was a dream! Just not enough hot water to take a long soak! But still relaxing! Otherwise this resort was clean, fun and friendly! Our family would return! Just a bit more prepared this time!

The room we stayed in was in excellent condition and was updated. Very nicely decorated. Liked seeing the balconies were being updated. Pool and beach are very nice.

Through floors were so dirty walking onto the carpet turned thr carpets black. Every dish i pulled out was dirty. Not enough grills. Also when i booked my room it had a jacuzzi listed in the description. It did not. The front desk hours are very short i wanted to check out early but had to wait for someone to come in at 10am. But we're supposed to be checked out by 10am frustrating. Also the bed was worn in on one side from a heavy person making it sink in unevenly and uncomfortable in the master and the mattresses were very thin and hard. The ad said newly remodeled but nothing was new not even the paint. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the wash machine in the unit smelled of mildew with crusty soap residue in the dispenser

The staff was wonderful! We were going to be arriving late--not only did they email me with instructions, they called to make sure I received the email! They were more than accommodating. They also went above and beyond when our unit didn't have a can opener-they went and bought one. The unit was wonderful. The pools and beaches were great! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others. My only complaint was that our unit didn't have a broom which would've made sweeping up the sand a bit easier.

It was ok but the housekeeping was the worst we had to clean crumbs of one of the beds carpet had chips under couch hair in the hot tub master bedroom had crumbs on bed and carpet nothing to was the bedding in had to use dish soap the outside was cleaner then the rooms well i took pictures but i clicked on add a photo it will not let me

You reported crumbs and staff offered to have housekeeping fix the issues. You refused this service stating it was just a little you took care of it. We had guests leave the condo very dirty the day of your arrival. Housekeeping does their best, but can miss things during busy times. We really wish we were given the opportunity to resolve the issue so your stay could have been more enjoyable.

The condo's are all individually owned, with that in mind my condo was upgraded recently by the owner. My brother came along and also stayed in a condo and his was not updated. Both very clean! And welcoming. I stayed in a lake front condo. Waking up watching the sunrise was my absolutely favorite! We didnt bring our kids this time but had we, we would have been in a perfect spot! The kiddie area was amazing! We loved the private beach! That was a huge plus! Canoe rental as well! It is a little off the main drag but totally worth it in my opinion! The staff were really friendly and helpful! The bed was SO comfortable and im picky about my bed! We will definitely be coming back! (Ask for an updated room if you stay)

Thus property was very convenient for us. Spent evenings out in the deck. Could use some maintenance. One AC unit didn’t work and another one didn’t work properly. Also we didn’t get the room type we requested. One of the rooms had bunks but was supposed to be a queen.

Nice older Hotel
Nice older hotel. The room was spaciousness and well kept. The view off the balcony was amazing! The cleaning personal was friendly and very helpful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. The only downside was the single handicapped parking stall and the limited onsite parking. With my husbands disability, parking across the busy street in the overflow parking lot and then trying to get back across the street to the hotel was not easy or convenient. Other then that we had a great time here.

Kitchen items were not very clean. I had to wash most things prior to using them. Bed in master very uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Temperature controls kept resetting to 55 degrees and it was very cold. Luckily we just needed a quick stay for wedding, but wanted to make meals there Sat am and lunch and most of my time was spent washing dishes. Neighbor was outside wee hours talking on phone very loud and woke us up.

The property was OK but there was issues with the cable connection so no TV all weekend. Plus a little older than we expected. And the pull out bed was disgusting, due to un-cleanliness, we could not use it and had 5 people input party.
