“Great location for shoppers.”

Just across the street from one of Winnipeg's best shopping mall. Right next door to Red Lobster and Olive Garden.

“Quality Place for a Good Price”

The staff were friendly and helpful. They had great knowledge about places to go and things to do in Winnipeg. The rooms were clean and quiet. Rooms also had sufficient number of towels and pillows.

“Monkey in the middle.”

Hi thanks for the feedback. The staff were very friendly easy going a pleasure to deal with which overlapped the age of the hotel. It has an over used feel to it, the hall ways need new carpeting and an updated paint theme. Restaurant was good but the air management to cold. Air management in the room consists of reverse Ac system with an old thermo control which produces to cold or to hot very dry air requiring constant adjusting. Today I saw my doctor for a breathing problem since returning from my trip. Bronchitis he said. The pool was I'm sure beautiful in it's time now it's very 60 ish. But I'm not looking to fully complain. The over all hotel experience was A pass. It's the illusion of expecting to stay in a name brand Ramada that sold me.It's clear the Viscount is a contract e. Had I known the the hotel did not have the RAMADA SIGN in the main entrance I would have booked with another. How ever I'm sure it's all legal practice. By the way, WEST JET was amazing the staff, the flight. aircraft performance and condition all were fantastic. I would rate West Jet off the scale over and above 100%.....
