If you are used to Hampton Inn's this is another as they don't really stand out one from another. But. When was it that maid service became an extra that needs to be requested? Seems like you are putting them out just to expect this service that has always been included. Not just this hotel either.

One staffer ruined my stay. The breakfast area was always out of coffee. On my first day I informed the person at breakfast. They snapped at me saying it’s coming. In the 20 minutes while eating it never came. The next morning no coffee, I didn’t dare say anything about it lol. The next day 1 coffee while I waited for 30 minutes. I saw staff come for coffee and see that there was none at the front, only to go in the back and get their coffee. While us peasants didn’t get any. The next day was the same, I actually did get a half cup but I ain’t counting it as a full cup. I really hope people complained about it. It was terrible to pay that much money, thinking that there was this breakfast bar, that was going to be amazing!

rebooked us in for an extra night called back while out to lunch and said we needed to come grab our luggage as they “didn’t look at the system correctly” and had to change our room after charging us another night.

Stephanie, We apologize that we were unable to keep you in the same room. Due to the large number of Red Cross Refugees we are trying to accommodate all the guests in sufficient rooms. We were only notified that morning of the extension.

Quite please with check-in, staff and general condition. But this is the second room we have found cold. The room and beds are cold at arrival and it takes forever to warm up. The thermostat was set at 70 at arrival so you would think the room would be comfortable. We set it to 79 to warm it up. The heater cycles on and off normally but doesn’t warm the room appreciably. Room 514 was the same. Whats up.?

The people working the front desk were amazing. So friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help. The breakfast had a big variety and was vegetarian friendly. The dining area was very modern and clean. Even the coffee was pretty good! My only complaint was that the room itself had a strong floral smell probably from a cleaning agent.

Nicely kept room that was quite large. Staff was friendly and nice to deal with. Price of the room seemed too high for what it was. Also the location is somewhat isolated in an industrial park.

The rooms were quiet, breakfast was good, pool was clean. Not a big deal but the wallpaper was peeling, and i thought the rooms were supposed to have microwaves and mine didnt, also the ceiling has some gross stuff on it which was clearly not cleaned for some time. Otherwise it was a good stay.

If you want to stay at gang banger central, and have the staff ignore a woman getting abused in the front lobby than this is the place. Pretty sad when a guest had to intervene while staff did nothing. As a young girls hockey team was walking in through the lobby. Even when asked to call the police.. not only did they let this person back onto the premises they let him roam the halls and do nothing again. If you want to feel unsafe and be unsafe this is the place

Allison, I am sorry for the cleaning of your room. We clean our rooms every two days as advertised in the guestroom unless the guest requests daily cleaning. I will also inform the staff that pool towel are for the pool only and guests must receive bath towels when requested.
