While they advertise the reduction in water and detergent consumption and energy and only change sheets and towels once every 3 days of occupancy, no towels were available at the arrival. On request they gave towels, half of which were dirty. No room service took place after 4 days, upon request they folded the sheets without changing them and left the towels used for 4 days in the room without providing any clean towel.

We will be following up with housekeeping in regards to why your room did not have towels upon check in and why if there were towels either on the floor or in the tub (indicators to change towels)they were not changed. If they are hanging up we do not change them. As well as the bedding not being changed at least once during your stay. We do have cards in our guest rooms that if placed on the bed it indicates you want your bedding done, however, every few days the housekeepers should do it automatically. We will be looking into more efficient ways to still reduce water consumption but improve the guest services. we do hope you will consider giving us another try in the future. Please take care.

would not let guest check in without a credit card, unfortunately their card was compromised and were unable to provide one at the time. would not take cash or debit for security deposit. i understand policies, but some exceptions should be allowed as not everyone has access to credit cards at all times.

Pool had lots of chemicals making everyone sick in it, staff was rude towards us and very unhelpful when asking simple questions. People upstairs were very loud had to call down to the front desk twice

We do our very best to remind kids to be quiet in the hotel, however, we are not their parents and their parents do not appreciate us telling their children to keep it down and those who refuse to cooperate we remove from the property. As for the pool, it is tested regularly according to the Health Department requirements, that being said we will have maintenance to go through all systems to ensure everything is in working order. Bathroom and room was dirty. No hot water from sink. Water from sink smelled terrible everytime used. Mentioned to front desk and basically just ignored me. Checked out today and tried to explain issues and did not really care. Definitely not worth almost $200 a night!! This is definitely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed!!

Unfortunately the key cards are VERY sensitive, if they are near credit/debit cards,computers/tablets or cell phones or anything with a magnate will deactivate them. We had to switch rooms at check in as the room was very dirty , the beds were disgusting with hair and blood on the mattress bad. Even the room smelled awful. We ended up still having a dirty room with some problems as well as well as the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in days. There were dirty cups and rags left in other rooms. There for hockey tournament. Ended up switching hotels as could not deal with the unsafe feeling with having the VLT room on the main floor and whoever wanted to could come in and out. The pool had so much chlorine in it the kids were coughing as soon as they come out of it. Overall would NEVER stay or recommend this hotel.

The room looked great. It was a bit cold in the room due to low temperatures outside. We set the thermostatic and the wall unit came on. It was putting out heat but the noise of the fan was very loud. After a bit, I thought that the noise would stop, I decided to get a few extra blankets and turn off the heater. We were given the option to move but we had set up already. The blankets help through the night.

Have tried to stay once randomly canceled park and fly no reason than this time pop machine not working. It’s something everytime we try and stay there. Staff not helpful at all especially supervisors
