“This is a very good”
Very Nice
“Mediocre family oriented hotel”
We selected this hotel so that we could entertain our young grandchildren in the water slides and pools. While it is a rather small and unchallenging water slide, it seemed to do the trick for the 4,6,& 8 yr olds. The hotel information did not indicate that there was a small fitness centre, so I was disappointed to find that there was one, albeit small, just as we were checking out. The hotel seemed to be full of families and/or teams that have not been coached in how to live in a hotel ( e.g. running, screaming through the halls). Also, the walls seemed to be paper-thin. We had a large family brunch and everyone seemed pleased with the food. I think our server did an outstanding job managing the delivery of our food, despite our moving around to talk to other family members. Would we stay there again? Probably not unless there was some assurance that there were improvements to the waterslides and they served a more respectful clientele.
“COOLING SYSTEM”
ROOM WAS TOO HOT. ALSO TOO MUCH HALLWAY NOISE. GREAT PLACE FOR A FAMILY BUT NOT IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHT SLEEP.
“Friendly hotel, but lack of quality”
We've stayed at this hotel before, but not in the last couple of years. The quality of the hotel has not improved and although they upgraded some of the (business) rooms cosmetically, you can tell that you are still sleeping under the same old squeaky mattress and showering with the same old not-fitting shower head. It is also a very noisy hotel often used for sport teams and loud wedding parties. You can hear people talk in the hall way. Ask for a room away from the elevator! The fan in the room (that can't be turned off) is very loud and makes a swooshing sound like listening to the ocean on a stormy night, but than in a annoying way. The rate was decent through Expedia and the staff is very friendly. Not a bad hotel for when you go shopping or want to bring the kids, but don't expect anything more.
