“quiet, very clean, well maintained, genuine hospitality by all staff”

Stayed 6 nights in August 2011. The room (314) was very quiet (even though it was situated across from the ice machine room on the 3rd floor), very clean including the bathroom and tub/shower area, well maintained throughout and everything worked. The mattresses were good although I would have preferred a pillow menu as I had forgotten my orthopaedic one at home. This was our first stay at the hotel although we have stayed at our Best Westerns. We would definitely choose this hotel again on a future trip to Winnipeg.

“Not impressed”

This hotel advertises airport shuttle. When phoned from the airport we were told that there had to be 48 hours notice given if you needed the airport shuttle. Expedia said that this was close to the airport, but it turned out to be a $30,00 cab ride. A cab to downtown hotels was around $13.00. The shuttle to the airport was 48 hours notice and only shuttled during daylight hours. The shuttle was the main reason we selected this hotel and were very dissatisfied.
