“Great Hotel”
The Hotel seemed very new, and was really clean. It wasn't all that busy, so was quiet the whole time I was there. I would definitely stay there again.
“Would use another Holiday”
The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked well. We had a coupon for breakfast included in ou rate and that was excellent and convenient.

Very happy with the place. Hotel looks new. Room very clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff polite and friendly. Only wish breakfast was included like the other surrounding hotels. Will go back. Good choice of restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful hotel.... I was very pleased with the room, very beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was very clean and everyone was extremlly friendly I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
“Luxury at the Holiday Inn”
We stopped at this HI on our way home from vacation and were very pleasantly surprised. It was lovely! The staff at the front desk was friendly, helpful and obviously proud of his year old hotel. Everything was sparkling clean and impressive. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed the television right in our booth. The waitresses shared the enthusiasm for their jobs. Very pleasant. The room was exquisite. I never wanted to get up because the king size mattress was so comfortable. Everything was upscale and well worth the reasonable price.
“Fantastic! Very clean and friendly service”
This hotel was the nicest we have stayed in in a very long time. The front desk staff were helpful and personable. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the housekeepers were friendly and helpful. We ended up staying for three days instead of two!!
“Great stay for the cost”
Overall this was a very nice hotel. The location was very close to Shenandoah University. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The room climate control worked very well. The room was quiet, although some truck noise from the highway was evident early in the morning. I will definitely look to stay here again on my next visit to Winchester.

“Hotels this clean are hard to find...”
This place is comparable to many high-line hotels. It was incredibly clean and comfortable, with pleasant decor. The front desk staff is hospitable, and it is convenient to local sites in Winchester and the surrounding area. There are only two caveats. #1 - The pillows were "firm", lumpy, and uncomfortable. #2 - The heating units were loud when they cycled on. We also heard neighboring rooms' units throughout the night. I would definitely stay here again, but would bring my own pillow.
