“Highly recommended”
Great hotel, great location right on the water at penn's Landing, walking distance to the Olde City. Much nicer than staying in Center City. You can walk to Center City in 15-20 min.

“It was really nice”
This was a little vacation for the little ones. It was very convienent to Brandywine area. There was lots of resturants and shopping in the area also. The hotel was very nice and clean, I had no complaints at all. The decor was very modern, and the bedding was plush and comfortable. Very nice place for a wedding and reception. I would recommend to anyone. I may be going back in May. Get the free cookies, they are sooooo good.

Have stayed here a number of times both personal and for business...love the rooms, especially the king-size beds and bathroom...staff are courteous, professional and helpful...
“Excellence at its best”
We received great service at this Hotel. It is centrally located to many businesses, restaurants, gas stations, sight seeing, and downtown Wilmington. The staff at both the desk and restaurant are fantastick. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact, this is the Hotel where I will book all my reservations.
“Best part of my trip”
This was my first stay at Doubletree and I will definitely go back. The room I had was very nice. Comfortable and clean and just a pleasure to be in. I visit Wilmington every year in the summer and I am happy to have found such a nice place to stay. Made my trip all the more better. The service was excellent too. Everyone was helpful and nice to talk to.
“Good choice for a weekend getaway”
Right up there with the Hilton expectations. The check in was very pleasant and welcoming. The room, except for the view of the rooftop airconditioning, was large, clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel to be close to the Brandywine Valley museums and most were within a short drive. Before you get to the rolling countryside, though, expect lotsof traffic and dense commercial developement. The only minor quibble with the hotel was a slippery, wet, tiled elevator floor. Would definitely to back and would recommend to others.

“Plan to stay there again in the future”
While the initial room had a toilet that wouldn't stop running, this was discovered immediately, and the staff changed our room and gave us free internet access as compensation. The room was very clean and comfortable. Megan at the front desk made everything easy for us and my wife and I won't hesitate to go back again.
“Great Hotel in a Great Location”
Stayed here for two nights. It's lovely hotel in a great location for shopping and siteseeing. Highly recommended and will go back if I am in the area.
