This property is apparently now privately owned and not held to any specific standard. Our extended family had multiple rooms there for a nearby family wedding. Rooms, bathrooms, and hallways were unclean & dated, sheets were stained, towels were limited & small, hallways smelled of cigarette smoke or weed, some rooms were VERY noisy and walls seemed thin, very few staff seen, requests ignored repeatedly, multiple people in our group had to change rooms, we were warned of where to park near the hotel due to recent car break ins, etc. In short, we would NOT stay there again and would recommend strongly that anyone considering staying there seriously reconsider.

The location was convenient and the hotel was clean enough. The main reason I booked here was for the free breakfast but there wasn’t any. We stayed Thursday-Monday and there was a sign saying the free breakfast was only weekdays and $14 on weekends. When we went on Friday and Monday morning we were greeted by an employee saying we needed to pay at the front desk to have breakfast. The bathroom mirror was broken in our room and there was no overhead light, only the bedside lamps or window light. We also had a lot of issue with the key cards for our room and needed to swap them three times for working ones. Nothing special, honestly surprised it isn’t a 2-star hotel.

Arrived late night and checked in. Asked for a wuiet room but was told hotel is at capacity. Asked ion on third floor near elevators. Old room, sheets stained, paper thin blanket, lock on door wobbly and loose, chair in the room dirtier and older than some I have seen at tire and mechanic shops. Smell of weed filled hallways. Light inside the room is flickering. Went to sleep finally at 3 am to be waken up by what sounded like someone trying to break into our room ( someone closed their door or banged to some thing outside and our room door shook like it was being broken into. ) people speaking loudly at 5 am outside our room. Just the worst experience ever. My daughter who is 17 did not sleep at all. Disaster of a start to our college tour week.

The hotel was tired, wallpaper pulling away from the walls, spots on the walls in the hall, exhaust fan in bathroom made a racket, finish (patches) in the bottom of the tub lifting up, breakfast bar had a limited selection. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Smelled like pot and cigarette smoke. Had to switch rooms due to cigarette smoke in the 1st room. Mother had to switch her room due to toilet not flushing. Website states breakfast free, it’s NOT free on weekends. Very old and dated, the only website pictures that matched what the property really looked like was the outside exterior. Onsite restaurant/bar does not open until 6pm, sad. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room i stayed in was dated but clean and comfortable. For the price i paid the property was everything i needed for a one night's stay. I didn't check out any of the property other than my room and the parking lot. The area being safe so i had no concerns getting in or out of my car or leaving belongings in my car. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is definitely a bit remote from the shopping plazas, but that lends to its quiet location which I loved. A few more lights in the parking lot is a suggestion. I was not a fan of having to pay for breakfast (as delicious as it was) because I stayed on the weekend.

I'm a senior and I find that the tub was too low, shower made loud noises when in use. Vending machine for drinks didn't work, had to go to a different floor to get ice and I understood that there was suppose to be a microwave in the room and it wasn't.

I liked the room. I liked accessing TV inputs (Sometimes hotels attache the TX to the wall and they're inaccesible. Comfort (Cleanliness, temperature) was fine. Only issue was coffee pot didn't work

I did not use my reservation and will be requesting my refund. I called in advance to have them note who my other room was for. It took my partner 30 minutes to check in. When I got there, I wasn't even able to check in. One person at the desk, on the phone the whole time. Didn't even acknowledge me for the first 5-7 minutes I was standing in front of him. I won't go back. I did not use the room. I just drove home after my event.

When you enter, it was beautiful but overall the place felt unclean and dirty. I walked to the room and the pillow had hair on it and the sheet had food stains on it. When I walked to the bathroom, a wash cloth had brown stains on it. And outside of the room, the walls were dirty and the elevator was dirty as well.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. There was blood on the floor of my room. The room was visibly dirty and infested with bed bugs. And somehow there were other bugs around, despite it being the dead of winter. Upon discovering the bed bugs (in addition to the blood), I promptly checked out and requested my account be refunded. Staff was unfazed and said I’d need to speak with management to get a refund and that they’d call. This was 2 days ago. I’ve yet to hear from them.

Where to begin. Hotels.com told me this hotel has free breakfast... they did not, only during weekdays while my reservation was Saturday night...that's on you. The elevator was broken, so we had to take this busted up service elevator...definitely crappy.. Room was decent enough, but they don't believe in warm blankets, blanket was little more then a sheet. The clientele this hotel caters to includes a yappy dog in the hallway at 11:30 at night, as well as the owners of this same yappy dog who didn't have the presence of mind to talk in a low voice and maybe not start knocking continuously on the door next door, trying to wake up whatever the hell had rented that room. Oh yes, let's not forget the transvestite hooker walking through the lobby.

Thank You for your review, we take each and every one of these serious and work on ways of improvements. Yes, the day you stayed with us the elevator went out of service. for a few hours. Emergency weekend service was called in and it was operational within four hours. Some of the other issues were also thoroughly investigated and handled swiftly. Old and not maintained. They did not clean the room and could not find a cleaning crew anywhere in the mornings to at least ask for coffee and more towels. Tv is very small in the room, could barely see the game we were watching. Pillows are very uncomfortable. Heat was so loud that we barely slept. Water took a long time to get warm in the shower. Never again!!!
