I like the easy check in. What's unique about the property, I always feel welcomed and the surrounding area is clean and comfortable. love the breakfast area, so inviting. The gentleman who handles breakfast Greets everyone with a smile. Front desk staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Housekeeping Mgr. I spoke with need to get hard water stain remover. I moved to another room because the tub had nasty looking stains on it. The young lady at the front desk Zamida, came through for me once again and quickly moved me to another room. YAY!

The bathroom earned my rating 3 stars. I stayed here a couple of years ago and the room I had was nice and updated with hot water, This time the bathroom I had could use an update and if you like warm showers, you're in luck! Hot breakfast was minimal. In all fairness, it was Easter weekend.

The hotel is neat and clean, but the rooms are very noisy. Our room adjoined another and there was no sound proofing - the doors might as well have been open. There was also a lot of noise from the hall. Last insult to sleep, the AC made a strange noise after a cycle. The man who registered us had a mask placed below his nose, muffling his voice but not providing any protection. If he was supposed to be wearing a mark because of Covid exposure, he wasn’t doing any of us any good.

For the most part our stay was pretty quiet. I checked in alone and my partner was meeting me in an hour. There was a man sitting close by while I was checking in, and he followed me up to my room. As I was going to open my door he approached me and then said hello and asked if I was there on business. I said excuse me no. He then raised his hands and said oh no I’m the maintenance man and I just like to know a little about our guests. The he said he had something to do down the hall. It was very odd and uncomfortable. I’m not sure if he was or wasn’t a member of the staff, but the fact that it was able to happen at all makes me hesitant about going there again.

The toilet in the room did not have a strong "flush". It became clogged. I asked the front desk for a plunger but they did not have one available until maintenance would arrive at 8am. This is an oversight that should be corrected so that a small problem can be easily resolved before becoming a much bigger issue. Other than this issue, the hotel is very nice, clean and the staff very friendly.

The hotel is nice and clean especially for the price point. There were some kind of military personal staying at the hotel the same night i was.
