The staff was VERY rude. On the website, said pet friendly. On the phone call I made with the desk 1) she was VERY rude and sounded like she hated her job, and then told me how they were pet friendly. (Never mentioned a price for my animal, just said pet friendly). I get to the hotel, they then force me to pay 25$ for my animal AFTER I SAID THERE WAS NOTHING SAID ABOUT THAT. And then they have NO HOT WATER ON THE PROPERTY. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

The linens were stained,like they had been used in an autonr repair shop. Supplied one towel,2 bath matts and no wash cloths. Blow dryer had not been wiped off in months. Spots on Bathroom wall,possibly blood. Next door room had TV on all night,loud. The front desk was always locked. When there was someone at desk they did unlock to let us in. Towels were supplied when requested. All in all nit a good experience. Will cross thus one off our list

I got here at the end of a snowstorm and the door was frozen shut and there was actually no heat turned on in the room. There is one towel and one washcloth and half a bar or soap.
