Strong odor of marijuana in the lobby and throughout the first floor. Book room on line and had to re accomplish the check in at the desk. In the morning the staff had no record of my stay. When they looked into my reservation they realized the clerk from the previous night had me marked as a no-show. This hindered me receiving a receipt. They said they’d have to email me a receipt. I would probably not stay at this location in the future.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The first room we had didn’t have any heat in it so I called the front desk and he told me to come downstairs and get a new room. He had everything already done when I got there. The room was clean and cozy and I slept well. I will be back in May and will be staying there.

The only negative i can say is the housekeeping is almost nonexistent. My room has not been serviced since before i checked in . Other than that i highly recommend staying here .
The GM was the only good think about this property. He was kind and attentive but the carpet was filthy, only one of the electrical outs worked and therefore the TV did function. The bathtub/shower floor was gray with dirt, the air conditioning was very noisy when it kicked on every 30 minutes all night long and the shower rod was bent so the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed and water flooded the bathroom floor. There was cereal and coffee in the common break room bath there was no milk.

Online it states that breakfast is excluded but this place does not have breakfast also I asked the man at the front desk for items needed in our room but he forgot 3 different times and so I needed to wait for shift change to come in order to get what was needed. Room was not properly cleaned and was left with garbage in it from prior renters.

It was just ok...when the heat came on, it was very noisy. Made a gurgling sound and a whistling noise. Hard to sleep. The pool was disappointing, the water was cold. And i think for the price, some kind of breakfast should be included, even if it's just donuts and coffee.

One of the reasons for picking this hotel was that it was pet friendly and it had an indoor pool.
The pool was broken and the entire hallway we stayed in had empty beer containers by a lot of the doors and it smelled like weed terribly.

When entering the hotel there was a deodorizing smell that was not pleasant. The room had many issues. The mattress was soiled and very thin. There was no plastice protective covering on the mattress to help prevent bed bugs. The bedspread was soiled. The bathroom did have clean towels but there was hair in the tub along with dirt still on a shelf in the tub. You could hear the neighbors beside and above you. We were very disappointed with this hotel. We even cancelled our second night.

Room smelled a bit moldy. We had a sticky on our window within an hour of checking in to clean up our mess. There was dog food on the parking lot that clearly someone spilled, but assumed it was us, even though you can see we drove over it and they also could’ve checked their cameras. When I gave the slip back to them and said that wasn’t our mess, I got a look from the employee that certainly wasn’t friendly. Our first experience at this branch. Will stay with Hilton from now on.

The staff were pleasant but the facilities were not so good. There was too much air fragrance. One thing that was not safe was the exterior door to the building had tape on the latch to keep it open.

I went to the property they didn’t have the room with 2 queen bed and I still never get my refund from Expedia . Very sad I was with 2 children around 1 am in the morning without a room to stay even knowing that was already paid .

This Candlewood Suites was disappointing for the price we paid and compared to other IHG hotels we have stayed at. The bathroom was out of shampoo and soap, and we had to ask twice for them. We had reserved the room for three people but there were only two towels. The sheets were stained, although seemed clean.

Worst hotel experience! The only saving grace was the staff who were friendly.
It was filthy all around. The “secured “ doors were broken. We had zero shower soap, shampoo, conditioner. They were totally empty! The hallway is dingy and rugs all dirty. Walls filthy. Our room smelled awful. Never again.

The staff at this property was amazing ... before I even arrived, they were able to adjust my reservation. During our stay, they happily added a room during a particularly busy time so that family could join us and were extremely understanding of unique needs of a family member. And, after we checked out and went and discovered that we had left a valuable item behind, the staff was extremely diligent in helping us retrieve it. We would gladly stay here again.

The property wasn’t at all what I expected with the positive reviews. The halls were smelly and looked beat up, we had no toilet paper, it appeared that our bedding was just made up and not changed. There was no available parking close to the building (we had to park at a different hotel and walk!) which didn’t feel safe as there were men hanging out in the parking lot drinking. Not somewhere I would ever book again.
Best towels and hand towels wash clothes were provided when we got there one towel each I called downstairs and told them we needed two towels each they brought them up and that was the last we saw of any linens. The shower curtain holder was about falling out of the wall. And the shower curtain itself was fabric but had totally lost its waterproof faculties and the floor after each shower was soaking wet. Also poor cleaning done in the bathroom there was blood on the base of the toilet seat unacceptable
Check in took longer then expected. Staff appeared to be new.
Hotel is extremely dated and smells horrible. Carpet in hallways is a tripping hazard. The pool was slimy and nasty needs to be emptied, scrubbed and painted.

Very clean but worn
This hotel is in an area where there are many workmen from the fracking industry. It was very clean but due to the high traffic, it definitely showed the wear. It also had what seemed like a design flaw in the positioning of the bed on the wall; while there was plenty of room, the bed was so close to the one wall that it made it difficult to get into bed on that side. Also, the in room coffee maker leaked all over the place so we couldn't get a cup of coffee without going out for it.

This isn’t a bad hotel. I felt like the property was lacking on upkeep but the room was clean. The television was wonky and the supplied soap, coffee and towels were pretty scarce. Trash piled up in the hallways on a few occasions.
Friendly, helpful staff. Pool was a nice touch. Had a little trouble with finicky room keys, not a big deal. Main issue was for the price we paid, hotel is a bit worn out looking. Rips in the carpet, tape on the flooring, old TV's, etc.
