Prejudice towards me. I'm a mixed black and white American man and i did not feel welcome at this hotel. They're primarily Arab and Indian people. They kept looking at me not in a friendly way and assumed i was not a tenant. I will never come to this location again. The building is still being worked on and they offer nothing to their guest.

Very nice person who checked us in. Loved our room. Only thing I wish , was for an indoor pool. And things looked a little off because of remodeling construction but it was good overall.

I should have known for a $60 stay. The hotel is in a state of construction- everywhere. The room is old, tv doesn’t work unless you go ask the clerk how to use it, because the front desk phone doesn’t work- mirror had toothpaste splatters, sink and tub were ewww. I don’t normally complain- but this was uncomfortable. Breakfast was nearly nothing- coffee tasted like pot had not been cleaned out in forever.

I understand that the hotel is under renovation but the cleanliness was very poor. At the entrance of the room, it was a mess the only good thing was that the room was clean

It was terrible the breakfast in the morning were not replenished. Got woken up to a fire alarm and had to wake up and go outside. Then I was stuck in the elevator for 20 minutes had to call 911 to have fire company come out because staff didn’t seem like they were too concerned of getting me out then when I did get out everyone went about there day didn’t check on me to see if I was ok or anything just disregarded what just happened.

Employees were in the process of getting you out from the floor above you and succeeded in this as the fire department arrived. An employee did speak to you in the lobby after the fact but unfortunately could not follow up past that due to not knowing your room number at the time of the incident. We will use the feedback provided to update our training regarding the matter and adjust our policies. Once again we deeply apologize about the incident and will use the feedback moving forward.

The hotel was excellent and the staff was great! We enjoyed our stay very much. The only comment i have is that the carpet in the room needs to be changed out. Other than that the hotel is great!

One of the beds had a red stain on the mattress which could visibly be seen through the sheets. The walls are super thin and the guest next door had the tv super loud we weren’t able to sleep at all. The breakfast was cold and not much variety. Staff during check in at night was super friendly but the morning staff was not pleasant at all. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Yuck - you get what you pay for…
Dirty, unwelcoming check in, disgusting breakfast, most uncomfortable and squeaky beds in earth, bathroom fan non-existent - prepare for a while room sauna and so sweat after a shower. Good luck getting to sleep with the rattling AC/heat unit all night long. We checked out a day early and drove home at night to avoid sleeping here again.

Pleasant Stay
The room was very clean and smelled good. This was a very dated hotel, I was only there for one night. I didn’t have any cable in the room but the wifi was fast. The hotel was close to Busch Gardens and the continental breakfast was ok.

TV remote was broken. They gave us another one which would turn TV on but would not allow you to turn volume on. The housekeeping staff played loud music on there phones will cleaning vacant rooms around us which was as annoying as them hollering amongst themselves in the hall. The night guy that checked us in and was on duty they nights of 19th & 20th was EXCELLENT. Price was good but the place is nothing to write home about.

Our bedding had mold spots all over the blanket and stains on the mattress cover. This was brought to attention of the hotel. Photos were shown to the clerk on duty. She said she would handle the matter with expedia. Our non smoking hallway smelled smoky. the room did not smell like smoke though
